3 products. A million benefits. 👏🏼✨

The older I get, the more I realize wellness has to be SIMPLE and supportive… not overwhelming.

If I’m spending money on wellness, I want products that actually WORK harder for me 🙌🏼

Because let’s be honest… most women are under eating protein, running on stress, exhausted, dehydrated and wondering why they feel inflamed, tired, moody and constantly craving sugar 😅

That’s why I’ve become so passionate about products that support multiple areas of health at once 🤍

✨ MCT Shake
24g undenatured whey protein + healthy fats to support energy, satiety, blood sugar balance and muscle support. Perfect as a meal replacement or post workout shake 👏🏼

💦 Clear Protein/Protein Water
20g protein + electrolytes for hydration and BCAA’s to support muscle recovery. SUCH an easy way to hit protein goals without another heavy shake 🙌🏼

✨ BEA Glow
10g marine collagen + beauty support + hydration support + smooth natural energy without the crash 😍

I truly believe consistency with small daily habits matters more than extreme wellness routines ever will 🤍

Feeling strong, energized, confident and healthy in your 30’s, 40’s and beyond IS possible… but we have to start supporting our bodies differently 👏🏼✨

If you want help figuring out where to start, comment below or message me “TRIO” and I’d genuinely love to help. 🤍 by @amanda_svendsen

I had no idea how to act after this 😅
Do I sign them? Pretend it’s normal? Avoid eye contact with myself?

Still laughing. Still grateful. Still not over it 😂✨ by @amanda_svendsen

I CANNOT BELIEVE THIS 😭🔥
Woke up to the most insane news…
$5 MILLION in earnings. FIVE. MILLION.

To think about where I started… just a girl with huge dreams, a passion for health + fitness, and zero clue how God was about to flip my life upside down in the BEST way.. it’s overwhelming in the most beautiful way.

From DAY ONE I said I’d never stop using these products and I’d never stop sharing them, because everyone deserves to feel this good. And that fire has never faded. I wake up every day with the same passion.

These products changed my health.
This company changed my LIFE.
And this income changed my FAMILY.

Our kids will never know the version of life where Matt was gone 10 hours a day, coming home only to eat and sleep. That chapter is DONE. 🙌

My heart is just overflowing with gratitude and JOY.
God is so faithful. This opportunity is REAL.
And to my team + customers… YOU are the reason this happened.
You trusted me. You believed with me.
You helped build something absolutely unreal.

THANK YOU, from the bottom of my heart. 🌎💖
Here’s to the next chapter. And to every woman who needed a sign… this is it. Don’t give up. ✨🔥

The luxury of slowing down together. 🤍✨

There’s something so special about stepping away from the everyday and making time to truly unwind.

Matt and I experienced the NEW Salt Duet Room at @woodhousespa_minnesota and it was the most beautiful escape.

A relaxing Swedish Body Balance Massage for two, surrounded by the peaceful atmosphere of their new salt therapy experience featuring HaloFLEX™ technology.

From the beautiful space to the thoughtful details, everything felt like an invitation to slow down, relax, and reconnect.

Because sometimes the greatest luxury isn’t doing more… it’s making time to do less. Together. 🤍

The perfect couples escape, anniversary gift, or simply an excuse to prioritize time together.

Save this for your next luxury date day. ✨ by @amanda_svendsen

Drew’s UK trip… one he’ll remember forever! 🇬🇧⚽️🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

England to Scotland, playing soccer with his teammates, watching the pros, touring stadiums, exploring Edinburgh Castle, seeing Big Ben and even the King! Add in all the food and snacks, mastering the trains, and training and playing against Celtic’s academy… what an adventure! 🙌🏼

I knew this was a trip we could never recreate on our own, and goodness, I’m so glad we said YES. 🥹 You could see how happy he was in every photo!

So thankful Matt got to share these memories with him. Nine days of the experience of a lifetime, and this mama is VERY happy to have them both home! ❤️ by @amanda_svendsen

Don’t ask why I waited so long to make this trip happen… 🎣

A quiet, remote town. Crossing the border by boat. Catching endless bass and trophy walleye. Rainy Lake, a little Canadian adventure, and Voyageurs National Park… checking memories off the bucket list with my kids! 🇨🇦✅

But the best part? The family time, the laughter, and coming home a little closer. These really are the best days. ❤️ by @amanda_svendsen

Team USA with the W!!!! 🇺🇸⚽️
A 1–0 win over Canada! 🙌🏻

It’s safe to say Drew has turned our whole family into soccer fans… and you KNOW we weren’t going to miss a game on our home turf! ❤️🤍💙

Let me reintroduce myself. 🤍

I’m Amanda. 44, married to Matt for 19 years, and mama to four: Emery, Isaac, Trevor, and Drew.

A lifelong health + fitness girl, Pilates instructor, and wellness entrepreneur with 14 years of helping people feel their best through Isagenix.

But if you really want to know me…

I’m the mom who watches the warm-ups. 😂
The friend who shows up.
The girl who stops for sunsets and plays the same worship song on repeat.
The one taking too many photos because I already know I’ll miss these days. 📸❤️

My faith anchors me. My family has my heart. And I’m still dreaming about what’s next while loving the life right in front of me.

You’ll find a little wellness, a lot of proud mom moments, and plenty of football spam here. Consider yourself warned. 🏈😂

I love cheering women on, whether you’re raising kids, building something of your own, or making time for yourself again.

There’s always a seat at my table. Come sit with me. 🫶🏻

Now your turn: what’s something I should know about YOU? 🤍 by @amanda_svendsen

Happy October 1st 🍂🤎

I was singing this morning and just had one of those moments where the words hit a little deeper.

Before the to-do lists, the rushing, the wondering what this new month will hold… just worship. Just remembering who He is. 🤍

The same God who carried me through yesterday is already in every tomorrow.

So this is how I’m stepping into October… grateful, hopeful, and singing. 🎶🙏🏼

Here’s to a new month with Jesus at the center of it all. 🤎 by @amanda_svendsen
