If you sit for extended periods (even a few hours a day), your psoas could definitely use a little extra love.

Gentle fascia work can help reduce that
“stuck” & tight feeling, and deeply improve mobility and tension.

After a long day, make sure to nurture yourself back to baseline with concentrated pressure + deep breathing.

Over time this will allow your tissue and fascia to soften and glide the way it’s meant to.

Taking care of your fascia helps with all aspects of the body & ofc we lovee good mobility.

This ritual, at night especially, brings regulation to the nervous system before bed which is just the best combo.
