A week ago I held my book in my hands for the first time, and it was such a surreal and emotional moment. I’ll never forget it. 💛

And today… you can hold it in your hands too! Little Panda and the Sticky Thoughts is officially out in the world today! Available now on Amazon (link in bio).

Thank you to everyone who has been on this journey with me - I have felt so loved and supported 💕

In the Dolomites I redefined what puke and rally means.

Being overcome with sun stroke in the middle of a 16km hike that is fully exposed to the sun the entire time was a new experience for me.

So grateful I had no choice but to keep going - because look at these views 😂😍 but you can see how I really felt in the second to last pic when we finally made it down.

Back home to me. ♥️
I’ve been on a journey back to myself for a few years now — and while it may sound cliché, this trip feels like the moment where so many pieces came together.

Just like writing my children’s book, this trip was years in the making. For a long time, I couldn’t quite pull the trigger; I kept slipping back into my comfort zone.

But here I am — on the other side of the trip of a lifetime, finishing with 8 days alone in the Swiss Alps. And it was better than I could have imagined.

Things happen when they’re meant to. I wouldn’t have been ready a few years ago. Back then, I think I would’ve felt lonely or anxious. Instead, I felt peaceful. I felt joyful. To witness your own growth and return to yourself is one of the best feelings in the world.

It’s no coincidence this is aligning with the timing of my book. It’s all part of the same journey. Doing things that scare me, for a better me and a better life.

I hope everyone gets to experience an adventure with themselves like this in their lifetime. 💕

If you’re on this path too — trying to live more in alignment — follow along. Let’s keep going, together. by @amandaferriss
