6 years later 🗓⏳👣

Wow! I’ve had friends and family tell me, “be proud you’ve come along way.”
And the funny part is I still see myself as the woman in the left picture.

October will forever be a special month for me because this time last year is when I decided I was tired of being unhealthy, in pain and feeling like I was closer to my grave. It’s been a battle being consistent going to the gym, eating right and taking supplements is definitely not for the faint of hearts but the rewards are endless. I turned 48, 2 days ago and feel like I’m in my 20’s again. Trust me when I say it’s never too late to start! by @amandagonz0
