This week at Ritual, we’re exploring the question: What is yoga? 🖤

We asked a few of our instructors and Ritual members what yoga means to them, and their answers are a beautiful reminder that yoga looks different for everyone.

Now we want to hear from you—what is yoga to you? Share your answer in the comments. ⬇️

My name is Amanda and I am the newest teacher @wickerparkrituals! I started practicing yoga consistently in 2022 at Ritual and fell in love. I am 200 RYT certified and teaching my first class TOMORROW! What! 🤯🥳 My goal is that you feel strong and safe when you are in class. The thing about community is we are stronger together than we are apart!!!

I’ll be on the mic Saturdays- 2:30 & 3:30 flow🔥 4:30 yin🕯️Love you byeeee ✨ by @amandahsrituals
