Great being part of the @aveda x @charitywater team walk for water this morning. We completed 3.7 miles around London in recognition of the many women and children in developing nations who face this distance daily to collect clean water. We can make a difference today 🙌 by @amandaleroux1

Play Salon had the honour of hosting @beacarmichael13 , AVEDA Global Educator, for an immersive education experience focused on precision, consultation excellence, and elevated finishing standards.

We were also privileged to welcome @amandaleroux1 , Senior Vice President – AVEDA International, during her global visit. Her valuable discussions and insights on growth, partnership, and continued support strengthened our shared vision for the future.

Rooted in the AVEDA philosophy, the experience went beyond technique, reminding us that true beauty is not only about what we create in the salon, but also about our responsibility towards nature, community, and giving back to the world around us.

Being part of this Cosmoprof experience in Mumbai was truly amazing. Watching @beacarmichael13 and @kristina.vincetic bring such depth to their artistry was incredible. The room felt different when they stepped onstage — more connected, more alive.

Spent the past 5 days with the incredible Aveda EMEA team, travelling across 3 cities and experiencing the diversity of salons we’ve built together – across formats, sizes, and business models.

In Bangalore, we visited our strong partnership with Play Salon, a benchmark of excellence in the premium salon space. We also unveiled our newest milestone at Vurve Salon, now featuring the complete Aveda lineup.

And we’re only just getting started — this October we launch our next big partnership at Essensai, Bangalore with Play – a sustainability-driven destination that truly embodies the Aveda mission of care for people and the planet.

Establishing global brands in India is a journey of passion, resilience, and vision. I believe we’ve now reached an inflection point where Aveda is not just building salons, but reshaping the future of beauty in India through sustainability, innovation, and purpose.

The past 5 days were filled with learnings, discussions, and future-focused strategy — and the road ahead looks brighter than ever.

My heart is overflowing - this week reminded me just how powerful our Aveda family truly is.

We welcomed salons from 15 countries around the world and while we may speak different languages, we are united by something deeper: the language of artistry, creativity and the mission and values of Aveda! 🌍🙌

Every moment—on stage and off—was a celebration of connection, culture, and our shared passion and love for creative expression through hair 💚
