Wouldn't have described it any more accurately than this. 😂 … at least we look like a cute little kitten next to them. 🐱🎀

It's always so inspiring watching everyone race and getting the chance to race alongside such a strong bunch of women. 🥹💪🏻❤️

Always leaving with more motivation to keep pushing ourselves!

Another year of Hyrox Abu Dhabi with the @fitground.uae team ✅

This time racing our 2nd Pro Doubles with @hellofynnk again!

We went in wanting to see how much we'd progressed since our last race 2 months ago. Goal was to shave off at least 1 min (if we could 🙈), but also mindful that every race is different, so the real plan was: no pressure, have fun, do our best. ✨️

Shaved off 49 sec 🥹 small win, and we're taking it 🫶
Thank you for another chaotic race. Through the burpee madness (omggg 😭), the pain, the cute fits, the matching nails, AND the green bowties 🎀💚

And to the Fitground fam, always the best supporters and community 🥹 Support from the sidelines really does make the suffering less painful… especially when you're being yelled to keeep going, smile, and BREATHEEE 😂❤️

Next stop: Dubai 👀 by @amandalmy

We can spend years mastering the details of movement - alignment, precision, strength and control. But if we focus so heavily on technique, we can lose the feeling behind it. The opposite is true too. Feeling, creativity, and expression also need a foundation. The magic happens when the two meet.

I try to bring energy to my asana practice, but in moving countries again, I've been neglecting it a bit too much. It's also meant I've been hesitant to return, scared of the flexibility I've lost, and for familiar movements to feel unfamiliar again - that's uncomfortable. I'm trying to find some softness and presence again by focusing on technique (to give me structure) and the feelings that come with it to reignite the fire.

Week of fits 🖤🩶

Looking at these, was definitely feeling a I-don't-want-to-think-what-to-wear week 😂😆 by @amandalmy

I just realised it’s been exactly 2 years since I started running. 🥹🥹🥹

Oct 2024 meee would NEVER believe this. 😂

Started running because of HYROX, and honestly, I was just trying not to die after 10 minutes. Hahaha.

I have good days and also have hard days. And I've learnt that the runs that we don't want to do, are usually the ones that we need the most!

And that progress takes time and looks different for everyone. So just keep showing up and trying. 💯 🤍

Having people who push and encourage you along the way makes such a difference. 🥹 You know who you are!! So thank you for making suffering bearable, by doing it together hehe 🥰

2 years later, still trying and always learning. ✌️✌️ by @amandalmy

I'll happily eat ANY cuisine you put in front of me… but my Asian stomach will always find its way back to comfort food > everything. 🍲🍛

Got alil hungry while editing this last night 😋😂
Buuut sharing here my honest list of Asian spots in Abu Dhabi that actually taste right. The ones we keep going back to every 👏single👏timeeee (the staff probably recognise us by now 🫣)

Best part? They won't destroy your bank account 💸 Under AED 100 average per person.

📌 Save this for your next craving.
Ooor tell me your go-to Asian spot below 👇

I'm always hunting for the next one 😋😋

Went in thinking this was gonna be an active recovery day…

@coach.julita said absolutely not. 😂💀

Went to check out the reformer class at @pilatera.ae last week:

✨️ Ambience was givinb mild wabi sabi.

✨️ Class was slightly more intermediate to advanced, cz the resistance we were put on was wow, but I really enjoyed it! One of the better classes I've had in a while. 💪🏻.

✨️ Appreciated Coach Julita, who paid attention to our form and made sure we were doing the movements correctly and safely.

✨️ And the staff were super friendly too. ❤️

Active recovery? Debatable.
Good workout? Absolutely. 😂

Tell me I’m not the only one with zero self-control around cute gym fits 😭

Taking a moment to appreciate how PRETTY this green is and how cute the entire set looks. 💚🥹 Still regretting not getting the tank though!! @lskd.running
@lskd

I’ve been following @happywithmeg since I started my running journey about 2 years ago. She makes running look so fun and effortless, and just radiates good energy through the screen. ✨️🏃‍♀️

So when I saw the collab announcement, ehem ... buying this set was the easiest YES. 💸😂

New race set with @hellofynnk ✨️
