Fall🍂
Summer, your cool and all
But it’s something about the way the air smells when the temp drops, even just a little, that gets me excited and fills me up with joy
To a season of more rest,
More good meals,
More gains,
More sunlight and nature,
More early mornings and lazy days,
More new skills & steady growth,
More discipline & killing this “adulting” thing,
More unplanned adventures, laughs, & simple fun,
More to life.

See ya later September ✌🏾 by @amandathecreatrix

Strength training w/ the sis. We’ve been on this thing you call wellness since that COVID (crazy times) and one thing we’ve learned is that it’s not a race, nor is it about perfection— it’s about showing up as best as you can and staying consistent 🔥

We’ve always shared our passion for this lifestyle together & now we’re sharing this journey with y’all!

Come for the vibes, stay for the evolution ⚡️

After a long day, sometimes you just need to move, breathe, and come back to yourself. 🧘🏾‍♀️✨

Yoga has become one of my favorite ways to reset after work — and next week, I get to share that feeling with you. 🤎

If you’ve been wanting to try yoga, get back into your practice, or simply make more time for YOU, come flow with me Tuesday, August 18!

No pressure. No need to be super flexible. Just come as you are. 🫶🏾

Who else could use an after-work reset like this? 👀👇🏾

I’m going to need this etched somewhere in stone and then plastered on my wall: happiness is found in the journey, NOT the destination.

I’m a firm believer that when you ask, the Universe, God, or whomever you refer to your Source as, will always provide. BUT, the catch 22 is not to think that once you arrive at your destination or acquire what you’re seeking that suddenly all of your problems will magically disappear and you’ll be happy.

Nah, that’s not how that works.

That’s not how life works.

Happiness is a noun, but it should be approached like a verb— with ACTION. You’ve got to work daily and intentionally at what makes you happy. Even when, get this… you’re not happy.

Happiness is sort of high maintenance. She likes to be pursued passionately and consistently. Basically, she ain’t easy, you’ve got to put in the effort!

In cultivating happiness I think we find out some pretty interesting things about life and ourselves. Stuff that makes the human experience actually worth living. Just remember that once you find that happiness and you’ve got your rhythm, protect the hell out of it.

Sometimes the best nights are in the middle of the week with a room barely full of people & moonlight walks thru giant art sculptures.

Now that’s my kind of night ❤️ by @amandathecreatrix

I’m not gonna lie, I felt like Haiti played its heart out last night even though we didn’t win, and for that I’m so proud of them. For a team that hasn’t been able to participate in the World Cup in 52 years, I’ll give my boys GRACE 🙌🏾 They put up a good fight against Scotland. We just need to keep believing that we’re the soldiers we SAY we are!
