I want to like golf so bad. Like… SO bad. 😂⛳️

I love the outfits.
I love being outside.
I love the views.
I love driving the cart.
I love the whole idea of golf.

It’s the actual golfing part we’re still working on. 😂

The good news is…if YOU like golf, Las Vegas is a pretty incredible place to live.

You can play desert golf with mountain views, golf practically on the Strip, or build your entire home search around being minutes from a course.

Summerlin has courses woven throughout the community and access to spots like Bear’s Best and TPC Las Vegas. Henderson gives you everything from Revere to the golf lifestyle around Lake Las Vegas. Head northwest and Paiute has three Pete Dye-designed courses, including The Wolf at 7,604 yards. And if you want the full Vegas experience, you can literally tee it up on Las Vegas Boulevard. ⛳️🌵

Fun Vegas golf tip: spring and fall are peak golf season here, but summer, winter, midweek and twilight tee times can be substantially less expensive. So yes…it is absolutely possible to be a golfer in Vegas without every round being a $300 affair.

And if having a golf course in your backyard—or at least very close to it—is part of your dream home criteria…

I may not be your golf coach, but I can absolutely be your home curator. 😂🏡⛳️

Desert rain…it’s just so majestic. 🌧️

I’ve been torn for quite a few years now…redwoods vs. Vegas desert. I’ve looked at sailboat living, redwood living…anything that can make a heart sing.

But unfortunately 😂 I pick the desert every time.

I can romanticize a million other lives in a million other places…but then Vegas does this. 🤍

List it. Stage it. Show it. Sell it. ⭐️

Home Dealer Girl.

A very niche millennial reference. 🤣🏡🔑

Wait… waterfront homes in Las Vegas? 🌊

Yep. They’re real.

This is Desert Shores, one of those neighborhoods that makes people do a double take.

Most people think Vegas is all desert and the Strip. But there are some pretty incredible hidden gems if you know where to look.

Could you see yourself living here? 💙

There’s still plenty of time to be HOME for Christmas. 🎄🏡

It’s September 1st, which means if buying a home has been sitting somewhere on your “maybe someday” list… someday could absolutely be this year.

So, hi. I’m Amanda. 👋🏼

I was born and raised right here in Las Vegas, and I’ve been helping people find home since 2014.

I’m big on faith, family, fitness, and finding you your dream home. ❤️

I also live by the Campfire Rule: leave places and people better than you found them. That’s how I try to approach real estate, too.

After more than 175 homes sold, I’m ranked among the top 1% of agents in the nation…but I never want working with me to feel like you hired a résumé.

I lead with kindness. I’ll give you the knowledge I’ve gained from more than a decade in this business. I’ll tell you what I think, explain the why behind it, advocate for you fiercely, and make sure you never feel like just another transaction.

Because this isn’t just real estate.

It’s where you’ll make Christmas morning memories. Where your people will gather. Where ordinary Tuesdays happen. It’s HOME. ❤️💚

So if that sounds like the kind of person you’d want beside you for one of the biggest purchases of your life, give me a follow and say hi.

Or better yet…send me a message and tell me what you’re dreaming of.

There’s still time to be home for Christmas. 🎄✨

Kindness warrior. 🥊💗

Strength isn’t becoming hard.

It’s knowing when to fight…

…and when to protect your peace.

I’m the kind of woman who protects her peace without abandoning her kindness.

These gloves have seen more of me than most people ever will.

I bought them during one of the hardest seasons of my life.

They’ve been there for the days I walked into the gym angry.
The days I walked in heartbroken.
The days I wanted to quit.
The days I celebrated victories no one else knew I was fighting for.

They’ve absorbed thousands of punches.
Probably a few tears.
Some blood.
Definitely a lot of sweat.

They’re tattered now.

The leather is worn.
The suede is almost smooth.
The Velcro isn’t what it used to be.

But somehow…I love them even more because of it.

Every mark tells a story.

Putting these gloves on flips a switch in me. Whatever happened that day stays outside the gym. For the next hour, it’s just me, the work, and the reminder that I can survive hard things.

One day I’ll probably retire this pair.

I don’t know if I’ll ever actually throw them away.

Some things stop being equipment and become part of your story.

These are one of those things. 🩷🥊
