Today is the day I decide that I’m no longer going to invite or accept any cause of stress or sadness into my life. Done with my share for that. And if it still comes, I’ll learn to separate the thought from the emotion.
I’m going to live with presence and playfulness.

No dependencies—emotional or otherwise. I’m not trying to secure the future or ruminate over the past. I’m simply living.
Carefree, In the moment. Eating well, breathing a bit more O2 than I need, dancing around & meeting people.

Life is truly a boner 🍆
I feel blessed—learning to crack it.

That time of the year when I head up-north to teach the Balti Kids (adorable little angels) at the @turtukvalleyschool. Hands Down, the best job-experience I've ever had.

The convenient thing about attending a gig in the hills is that you don't sweat. Proudly checking Def Leppard off my teenage bucket-list.
Realising that the 32 year old Aman gratifies the 19 year old Aman more than the latter did.
The older I get, the more I realise that the best company for me is ME. Concerts, Music, Travel, Running a Business, Coffee, Food, Orgasms, Breath, Grief. I'd rather experience these things better solo than in partnership. But then again, to each his own! taken in Shillong, Meghalaya by @amangujral93
