To be honest... I get it... I get what the people are saying about the decline in craftsmanship when it comes to modern architecture. The question then is... How do we solve it in a way that's economically possible for the average lover of a crafty property in 2026?... Let's discuss in the comments. #modernarchitecture #historicarchitecture #building #craftsmanship by @amarachindesigns.studio
It's the height for me. When it comes to interior decor I focus on functional and multi-use pieces that are still stylish and make a statement. This benchmark instantly caught my eye while scrolling on X app and it was not just the glossy legs or the gorgeous green seat, it was THE HEIGHT! The height is just the perfect balance between sitting up against the bed and tying your shoe laces and buckling your heels when dressing up... Also who remembers the exercise for "hip mobility", where you're asked to crouch down... This bench is also perfect for those who may be able to do the "handsfree" version or "up against the wall" version. What do you guys think about this bench?.. #interiordesign #interior #design by @amarachindesigns.studio
THESE WOODEN FLOORS ARE MY ABSOLUTE FAVORITE! Whether it's a hospitality project, compact home project, residential housing project, resort project, maybe with the exception of an office project, herringbone patterned (and occasionally Chevron patterned) wooden floors are my go to! They just instantly cozy up a room and give a nod to the Victorian era where the floors of these castle-esque detailed houses had the most polished wooden floors creating this sense of opulence and elegance. What's your favorite flooring material?... #architecture #Interiordesign #realestatedevelopment #flooring #conceptarchitecture by @amarachindesigns.studio
IF AS AN ARCHITECT YOU HAVEN'T MASTERED THE ART AND APPLICATION OF THE SPIRAL STAIRCASE... WHAT REALLY ARE YOU DOING??? Spiral Staircases are one of the most versatile, space efficient, conversation starter structures EVERY architect must know how to design and how and where to apply them in their project design. Architects, True or False?... #buildingdesign #architecture #structuraldevelopment #conceptarchitecture #realestatedevelopment by @amarachindesigns.studio
IS IT A CRAFT THING OR COST THING???.... Do architects really want to wipe out the beauty of ancient, historic architecture by Starchitects like Gaudi and the likes or does our economic and financial climate in today's world make it impossible for these types of buildings to exist per the cost of workmanship and craftsmanship they'd require??.. Let's discuss in the comments. #architecture #realestatedevelopment #buildingdesign #craftsmanship #investment by @amarachindesigns.studio
AI WOULD NEVER HAVE THE RANGE TO REPLACE ARCHITECTURE. Do my architects agree??... #architecture #conceptarchitecture #realestatedevelopment #aiart by @amarachindesigns.studio
HAND DRAWN OR AI???... I'm Team HAND DRAWN BEFORE AI, ALWAYS. AI may be sharper and more precise, but hand drawn is more authentic, human and original. #conceptarchitecture #designdevelopment #realestatedevelopment #architecturaldesign by @amarachindesigns.studio
WHAT IF FIRE ESCAPES WERE FOR EVERONE?.. So I came across this 38 Storey residential building located at Sao Paolo Brazil while scrolling on X app, and I thought to myself.. "what would people in wheelchairs do should GOD forbid a fire break out in this building and they're on the 38th floor???"... So we came up with this idea of swapping the stairs for slopes for easy motion for both normal people and the disabled. Would you deploy this fire escape design in your sky scrapers or do you have a better solution?... Let's discuss in the comments. #building #construction #architecture #realestatedevelopment #realestate by @amarachindesigns.studio
