sometimes all you need is a good reset 🧘🏾‍♀️

They really aren’t lying when they say movement is medicine.
After working out consistently for a year, I took a break recently because I felt like my progress hadn’t matched my timeline. But I’ve come to realize this whole fitness thing is a marathon, not a sprint.

I get bored of routines pretty easily, so I love mixing up my activities—just knowing my body is benefiting from it is enough for me. Sometimes navigating this space as a big girl comes with its own set of hurdles, but I’m determined to keep showing up for myself.

This yoga class was such a beautiful reminder of how far I’ve come, and just how grateful I am to be alive, healthy, and moving freely.

Had a phenomenal time celebrating my friends last week from secondary school, It’s wild to think we graduated secondary school 10 years ago—having everyone back together for this wedding truly felt like a canon event lol.

Today, I’m just so grateful to be celebrating another year of life. This year has been nothing short of transformative for me. Normally, birthdays come with blues and thoughts of what I haven’t achieved yet, but this time all I feel is gratitude. 💕

I’m grateful for life.
I’m grateful for love.
I’m grateful for my family and friends, every single one of you who has held me up when I needed it most. I’ll never stop being thankful for you.
Above all, my ultimate thanks goes to God. He has kept me healthy, lifted my spirits, heard my silent cries, and always come through for me.
My parents named me Grace Amarachi which literally means “grace, grace of God( double grace).” And wow, were they right. I see now that it’s that grace that has carried me through every season, and I’ll forever be thankful to them for giving me a name that speaks life into me every single day.

In this moment, I feel grateful, deeply loved, and truly seen.
Here’s to many more years of growth, joy, and grace. 🥂
