Waterfront. Spanish food. We're hiring waiters for our Terrigal restaurant — sunny location, proper training on Spanish food and wine, plenty of hours over summer. Casual rates $33.85–$40.62 plus plenty of public holiday shifts over the summer.

Opportunities for those with experience. Negotiated rates and supervisor roles.

We're a Spanish restaurant in Terrigal — right on the water, casual vibe, serious about hospitality. We've come from fine dining backgrounds, but we've built something more relaxed and fun. What we haven't lost is the care for guests and the belief that good service makes people's day better.

We're looking for waiters who get that warmth and energy aren't optional — they're the whole job.

Why work here instead of down the road?

The location's hard to beat. Sunny, waterfront, Terrigal. You'll get plenty of hours, and breaks near the beach between shifts. Summer's coming, which means public holidays at penalty rates and consistent work.

You'll learn properly. We'll teach you about Spanish food and wine — not just enough to answer questions, but enough to actually talk to guests like you know what you're recommending. Our supervisory team has serious hospitality experience, and they'll train you on the floor, not in a back room with a manual.

And the guests are good. Terrigal waterfront attracts people who want to be there, not people killing time before something better.

What a great shift looks like:

You're looking after guests from the moment they walk through the door. You've got your own section, but you're running food and drinks for the whole floor when it's needed. You're moving — this isn't a stand-and-wait kind of place.

You're talking guests through the menu with confidence because you've actually learned it. You're warm, you're present, and when it gets busy or something goes sideways, you stay that way.
