✨ Meet Miss Amari! ✨

We’re so excited to have Miss Amari back for another season with the JDM Dance Family! 💜

💫 Her Story
Miss Amari began dancing at 10 years old and has trained in clogging, ballet, pointe, modern, hip hop, and lyrical/contemporary. Dance has always been one of her greatest passions, and she’s excited to continue sharing that love of dance with the next generation of dancers.

🩰 Her Experience
Miss Amari began teaching at just 16 years old, working with dancers ages 6 through adult. While attending the University of North Texas, she spent three years choreographing and directing for the Choreoblock Dance Crew, where she developed her passion for leadership, creativity, and helping dancers grow both on and off the stage.

💜 Why She Loves Teaching
Miss Amari believes dance is about so much more than learning choreography. Her goal is for every dancer to feel confident, encouraged, and excited to come to class each week while building friendships, developing discipline, and becoming the best version of themselves.

👑 A Fun Fact
When she’s not at JDM, Miss Amari is pursuing her Master’s Degree in Accounting at the University of North Texas. She also loves crocheting her own clothes and accessories and played the flute growing up, combining her love of music and creativity in everything she does.

Help us show Miss Amari some love in the comments! We know our dancers are excited to see her back for another amazing season! 💜✨
