Rest in power, Jayce we miss you so much...

Jayce, you were my best friend in elementary. When I didn't understand my emotions or the emotions of others around me. When I did and said things that made others hate me, you were still there.
Jayce, you were my best friend in high school. You were the coolest guy that still hung out with the weird brown kid who just stopped getting called a terrorist. You gave me my first joint (after giving my Afghani dirt) and gave me the confidence to make many more friends.
Jayce, you were my best friend in college. When I was alone you invited me to that magic dorm room where I would spend every day of that year. You wanted me to come to your frat parties. Those guys thought I was weird but if Jayce thought he was cool then he's cool.
Jayce, you were my best friend so you had to be my first ever guest on my show. You made my dream come true, having a Livestream that was half party, half podcast.

I'll never forget how easily you made friends with anyone. My whole life I aspired to be like you, a truly magical communicator. The way you casually made such genius jokes. The way you could get anyone to laugh with just a side eye. The way you would laugh so care free. I'm gonna miss you every day of my life now. Goodbye my friend.

Jayce was the only person who knew my entire life story, because he grew up with me. He taught us all how powerful our words are, how meaningful our smiles can be, how important it is to be connected.

This playlist has the best moments from my stream with Jayce, my first ever guest stream, as well as the stream itself at the end. Getting to hear his voice, the way he laughed, it doesn't make the pain go away. But I'm glad I'll always have his legacy on my channel.

I think about all the times I thought about reaching out and having him on again. About whether that would've changed things. But that's already past now, I know if he could say something to me from up there he would want me to not lose the connections I still have. by @amarjjoshi
