The Unveiling. Clarity, clear vision, strength, courage, speaking up, rising above with perspective and keen vision. The lifting of the veil where we are seeing the world, the atrocities and injustices, the chaos and corruption and knowing where we stand.

We are being pushed to the limits in terms of having to witness such repulsive transgressions, amidst crisis and chaos. The absolute grief is almost too much to bear. Though, what I have been also witnessing is a great number of us have been and will be pushed forward, to show our strength in numbers, to unite in solidarity, using our voices to calling out these injustices for what they are. We need to rise up and speak out.

‘Staying in our Hearts’ is imperative for us to collectively raise our energetic frequency. BIG LOVE is required for us to transmute this poison, transforming and purifying it to celestial light, knowing that we are connected with something greater, which will bring Wholeness, Balance and Sovereignty - One Mind.

As a student of Alchemy, I am learning the stages in the alchemical process beginning with the dark night of the soul where we take a deep descent into the initiatory unknown. We question everything, it is dark, heavy and the alchemical process requires that we empty, release, surrender, soften, integrate, grow and flow towards freedom, union and ultimately enlightenment. These stages of refinement in the spiritual art of transmutation supports us to RISE.

Most important is to:

STAY IN YOUR HEART

Speak out and Speak your truth.

The Divine is everywhere around us.

Our consciousness is expanding at the speed of our perception.

Every word and feeling MUST be said.

LOVE instead of judge

Be entirely authentic.

You cannot be authentic if you don’t know your darkness.

Perceive. Understand. And accept it.

Authentic Love is the most powerful emotion.

You are the creator. This is YOUR Matrix.

Beliefs inform Reality.

Open your Heart

Yes, I do want to be the good witch in the woods. ⭐The one who listens and shares light. The one who brings hope and joy. This particular photo has a fairytale feeling to it, with the light peeking through the opening of trees in the background. May time with me, bring that light. When you book a Wellness Consultation with me, we will share our light together, and formulate your essential oil synergy, your crystal altar and your herbal remedy. You will also take home a hydrosol, distilled by me, in that pot I am holding. You will also receive a beeswax candle to shine a light on your path. #WellnessConsultation #AmaruAromatherapy #Love #Light #Joy Photo credit: Brian Aikens by @amaruaromatherapy

There are times when we are called to journey inward — to sit with the shadows, release what no longer serves us and make space for the light.

Amaru’s Palo Santo Spritzer was created as an aromatic companion for those moments.

Inspired by the grounding aroma and ceremonial tradition of Palo Santo, mist it around yourself or your space before meditation, reflection or shadow work, or simply whenever your surroundings feel like they need a little clearing and renewal. 🌿

Use it to set an intention.
Create sacred space.
Release the heaviness of the day.
And remind yourself of the light you carry within.

Because embracing our wholeness means honouring both the shadow and the light. ✨

Shine Thy Light.

Discover Palo Santo Spritzer within the Amaru collection. 🌿

One of the things that I love about Fall and Winter is the smell of beeswax on the stove. I just finished pouring a fresh batch of candles, the golden yellow colour makes me so happy and as the aroma fills my sacred space, I am filled with the familiar feeling of comfort that it brings.

Candles have been a tool for illumination and spiritual connection for over 5,000 years. Early civilizations burned beeswax and animal fat lamps to honour deities and to guide souls in the afterlife, candles are burned during moon festivals and temple rites. Medieval Apothecaries infused wax with aromatic plant extracts like lavender and rosemary. In folk magic traditions, coloured candles have become central to sacred ceremony, to invoke a deity, a planet, or to set an intention during ritual.

The dark season tends to be a time for introspection, to go within to the cave of our hearts and feel for what needs tending and nurturing, as well as what we are ready to release. This might be old patterns, worn out beliefs, and old stories that do not define us. This work to peel the layers of our outmoded selves and to integrate parts of ourself for self liberation restore us to wholeness. We are enough for this epic journey!

There are many tools and supports on the path to self-realization that we can bring into our 'great work' to come into a deeper connection with Self. This work requires deep trust and is sometimes uncomfortable.

So light a candle! A candle for you to reclaim your wholeness!

To be able to contain a flame is a miracle indeed.

The flame of a candle is a symbol of divine presence, knowledge and protection. For as long as I can remember, when I stare at a candle flame, the light leads right to my heart.
