Few weeks ago my friends and I were led to go out and do homeless outreach to give some help, food, and pray with people. As we were approaching, the first person I met was an old man, maybe in his 60s or 70s, sitting by himself. I asked him if he needed food, but he didn’t want any. Instead, we just started talking.

He told me about his life, his family, how broken things had become, and how he doesn’t live with his kids anymore. We ended up having a real conversation for over an hour, maybe an hour and a half. He told me that he’s a Christian, that he loves Jesus, and that he prays.

After our talk, he gifted me a ring. I thought, if he gave me a gift, maybe It is an opportunity to also give him something back because he had refused to have anything before. So I asked, “What can I give you?” expecting he might finally ask for food or something. But he looked at me and in his words he said “Friendship.” 😭

That broke me in the best way. Because it showed me that sometimes people don’t need more things what they really want is love, someone to see them, someone to listen. That’s where Christ shows up through us. by @amata_benigne

MY ONLY PURPOSE IS TO PLEASE YOU MY JESUS!

I & the team @heartslikechrist.ca had the best time sharing his love to the world.

“For I am not ashamed of the gospel, because it is the power of God that brings salvation to everyone who believes: first to the Jew, then to the Gentile.”

June 13th 2 years ago I encountered a faithful God.
The one who leaves the 99 for the 1.
The one who loved me when i was still a sinner.
The merciful God who gave his life away for me to have life , eternal life and freedom in his name .

Not so long after I encountered him as a covenant keeping God , the one that sees me , the one that keeps his words and his promises, the one that fights for me , the one guards my heart , the one who corrects me and transforms my life .

Indeed the one who called me , chose me and set me apart from the set apart !!
And for this reason i choose to give my life to him as a living sacrifice that will please him forever 🤞🏾!

He is worthy of my life!! SOULD OUT FOR JESUS🤍.

UNDERSTANDING THAT IT’S ACTUALLY HIS TEMPLE ✞

“Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your bodies.”
