At age 28, it’s a good idea to start incorporating Botox along with a solid skincare routine and sunscreen. By 30, consider adding microneedling treatments—options like PRP, exosomes, or PDRNs—as well as a touch of filler.

When you reach 35, think about beginning Sculptra treatments to help maintain volume, reducing the need for filler as you approach 40.

By 40, it’s essential to start including laser treatments if you haven’t already, such as CO2, Morpheus8, or IPL. Continue with Sculptra and filler, and consider increasing your Botox dosage.
