I am a BASI-trained Pilates teacher. For years, Pilates has been my way of finding energy, balance, and serenity in daily life. What began as a personal passion has grown into a meaningful job alongside my work as a beautician.

I teach every Thursday at 10:30 and Saturday at 10:30 at @studio44_haarlem

Have any questions? Feel free to send me a DM — I’d love to see you in class soon! 🫶🏼 taken in Haarlem, Netherlands by @amber.ve
