Who’s ready for a Hopscotch recap?🎶💥

Big shout out to @hopscotchfest letting us host day parties once again. We got to turn the shop into a little party of our own. From Friday’s @onewheelfireworksshow @noonemind @twilarkband & @autopilotsnc to Saturday’s @cor_de_lux @goddamnwolves @the_band_ribs & @the__whom — we had some seriously good music, incredible people, and a whole lot of fun packed into two days.

And now we get to relive it all over again together.🎵

Huge shout out to @rboles and @rodabernethy for capturing so many incredible moments throughout the weekend, and to our very own @amber__mackenzie / @amp.roduction for catching all the fun on video AND putting together this recap for us.📸
️
For those wondering, the artists in this reel are in order:
Cor De Lux → Autopilots → Goddamn Wolves → Ribs → The Whom.

Big thanks to @resoundingstrategies and @wakeforestlistening for sponsoring our day parties and helping make all of this possible. We couldn’t do it without you!

And most importantly, THANK YOU to everyone who stopped by, danced around, listened to some music, grabbed a record, or just came to hang. You made the weekend what it was.🫶🏻

Until next time, Hopscotch… we’ll be over here reliving this one.🎶✨

Must Have Monday is back (okay… technically Tuesday), and we’ve got Phoebe Bridgers’ Lost Weekend on the turntable this week.🌒

16+ tracks, plenty of twists and turns, and that unmistakable Phoebe knack for making you laugh, think, and stare dramatically out of a car window all in the same song. 🖤

If you’re ready for a new record to get way too attached to, Lost Weekend is out now.✨

Lost Weekend is out now! Swing by SchoolKids Records to snag an exlusive copy in store or online today! 🎶

THE COMPLETE SPIN: Jungle - SUNSHINE𖤓

@jungle4eva understood the assignment. Groovy, soulful, funky, a little nostalgic, and somehow even better with the volume turned ALL the way up.♬⋆.˚

Sunshine is a new chapter for the band — and yep, we’re calling it NO SKIPS.𖥔 ݁ ˖

Come give it a spin and grab your copy in-store!𖤓˚࿔

Somewhere between the basslines and the canyon… fully tipped, permanently Shpongled…?꩜｡

My favorite part about a sunset set is never knowing where to look… it’s all just so breathtaking every time. Not to mention the way I am going to be missing the way Dave absolutely boggles my mind with his wicked scratching abilities. Okay, but you wouldn’t even believe how bonkers it was going from Tipper into @supersillyus and he creeps in with Beginning of the World Party… the circus absolutely unleashed and the energy was freaking insane. You just had to be there… I’ve never felt anything like that rush before. Then to end a wild day of music by getting shpongled… hard to beat that honestly. Nothing screams the feeling of home more than flooding into the venue for Tipper’s set and being greeted by none other than Mac himself. The high of this trip will never die. Take me back please…

Tipper Gorge❔Day One

It’s time to catch up, but I don’t think I’ll ever have the right words that fully embodies this experience. The way I had longed to be there from the moment this event was announced… hell, even from all the little rumors, I knew it was one I had to make a reality for myself. The stars aligned and I was summoned. Oh the rush to see that place with your own eyes. It was one of the most gorgeous views I’d ever laid eyes on. Now, I wouldn’t necessarily say this trip was easy, but it was nothing short of one of the most memorable and cherished experiences of my life. I found a home within the Tipper family. A home I reminisce on daily. I’ll dream of a day Dave wants to come back for one last hurrah and life will perfectly place me where I need to be to enjoy one more tippin with my people. Until that day (we all know Dave is coolin in retirement as he deserves) I’ll be looking for you wooks at every show.‪‪ ❤︎‬ Till we tipp again…?

Quick recap of 2025…
I couldn’t share a recap without using this song in honor of Stranger Things coming to an end. I also have 6 months to catch up on posts that I will be doing throughout January, but here’s a short recap of one of the biggest growth years of my life. Still so many memories I couldn’t fit bc my phone wants to be stupid, but just know I cherished all my moments shared with everyone I crossed paths with this year. ⋆˙⟡

Open Air Carolina ~ Bread Day₊˚.

You all are probably more than aware that I was obsessed with the open air line up… more specifically the Saturday line up from the main event to the afters. Hence the dump of pretty much entirely the man himself. I will forever be taking as many daily doses of bread I can get my hands on. The rain wasn’t going to stop us from having the time of our lives. There were of course honorable mentions I wanted to squeeze in, but insta knows it needs to cap me at 20 lol. Anywaysssss, can we run it back???
