Is it just me or is Monday’s ALWAYS the hardest day of the week? You’re routine is totally messed up, due to weekend plans. Dad is back at work. You would think when it came nap time I was cutting off Bailey’s leg, and trust me...she needed a nap. 🙄Any transition tips to make Monday’s go smoother? •

Can we talk about those moments when things don’t go as planned. Let’s face it, that’s a part of parenting. You want something to go one way, it goes another. You want your kids to act one one, they act to complete opposite. The list goes on. I had such a great idea for this picture, yet Bailey didn’t want to let go of her sippy cup, or her empty snack container...but hey, what do ya do? You go on, and do something new or different who knows...it may turn out better than what your plans were originally •

Mamas, do you look at your babies newborn pictures and cry...or is it just me? 🤷🏼‍♀️😢 I feel so blessed to have a healthy happy 14M old who is a handful, but at the same time such a joy to be around! What’s your favorite part of watching your children grow? Mine is watching Bailey learn something new everyday...even if it’s not what I “want” her to learn 🤗 •

Who has had a crazy busy weekend? 🙋🏼‍♀️🙋🏼‍♀️ August seems to ALWAYS be super busy in my family! Although our weekend was busy it was filled with family time, so that was great! What did you do this past weekend? •

Bailey’s shoes were sent to us by Mooshu Trainers, and as you all know it’s one of our favorite shoe brands! Happy National Breastfeeding Week! As this week comes to a close, I feel lead to speak about breastfeeding. My journey has been amazing. Almost text book perfect. Bailey was able to latch instantly, never had any issues, I never had any issues. I had a decent over supply to help two other NICU babies...totally blessed. However it has been one of the most tiresome, demanding, selfless things I have ever done. Never once have I regretted my decision! I feel over joyed I have been able to produce enough milk for Bailey for now 14 months. I understand that breastfeeding isn’t for everyone, and also understand some people medically cannot nurse. But shout out to all that have went though, all the down sides to nursing, overcame, and continued to nurse! I am so exited because Bailey and I have partnered up with Mooshu Trainers! Mooshu’s are our absolute favorite shoes for so many reasons. First and for most, they support walking! As I was taking this picture in the pouring rain 🌧 ☔️ I noticed how Bailey didn’t even care to get wet, here I was standing under the porch letting her run, be wild, such a free soul...then I thought “when does that change?” When will that careless spirt turn? Why does it turn anyways? Why can’t we always have the soul of the 1 year old who doesn’t care to get wet, to run and splash in her pool and have no cares in the world?! Is it taught or is that “just the way”’it happens? •
