I been doing a lot of things with no pen and paper lately 😅 Life lesson from a cold plunge:

Go all in. All at once. Because the moment you hesitate… you start negotiating with yourself. by @amberjuelle

It’s so crazy. I was immediately fixated on the colors surrounding me that I hadn’t noticed what was reflecting at the center of me at first - It was my friend, my soul-sister @karlybreyanne , who brought my attention to it 💚:

Patience • Firmness • Perseverance • Assertiveness • Nurturing • Attentiveness • Responsibility • Dedication • Gentleness •

When a color is this vibrant at the center, it reflects what you’re giving inward to yourself. What you’re pouring into. What you’re nurturing.

So when I say I love my heart, it’s because it truly is evidence.

Evidence of prayers prayed and prayers answered.

Evidence of being in practice.

Evidence of a God who continues to stretch me, refine me, and remind me that keeping my heart open is always worth it. 🤍 taken in Oh The Places You'll Go by @amberjuelle
