Connection is an art, a skill, a practice. One that our modern society has forgotten — and I’ll argue it’s a top reason humans today are so miserable. Because we are transpersonal beings, interconnected with the ALL, yearning for connection.

So we have to re-learn how to connect! And sometimes it’s big work — with big reward.

What do you yearn for? MORE love, MORE health, MORE happiness, MORE abundance? It starts by connecting to your innate wisdom, so your own destiny can guide you there 🕯️

I’m living, breathing proof so much more is possible. I went from a suicidal chaos spiral to a joyful rebel on a mission to be a channel of divine love in a dark world.

20 years ago, mid-divorce, I screamed at my ex-husband: “did you EVER really love me?!” He said: “I was in love with the idea of you.”

Of course he was. I’d sold him the Amber Show, and since I didn’t know who I was, he couldn’t find anything real beneath the surface either. I was oozing pain, trying to force myself into a life that didn’t fit.

Our modern world hands us a one-size-fits-all formula and plasters an unrealistic “perfect” life across our screens. No wonder many of us contort ourselves to fit in. Maybe you’ve been there too.

I wandered all over the globe desperately searching for answers that lived inside ME all along. Thank goodness I finally broke.

I finally got quiet, went inward, and found the real Amber. She’d been waiting the whole time for the show to end so she could come out and play 🎉

Once I connected to authentic Amber, she knew exactly what she wanted. As soon as I got on my own power path, my dream life began to unfold — better than anything the Amber Show could have forced into reality.

Recently I fell backwards, because this is always a sacred dance. I caught myself doing the Amber Show with my now boyfriend. But this time I saw it, because now I know who I am. I owned it, explained, apologized — and he respected that so much it resulted in deeper intimacy.

It’s not about putting on a perfect show. It’s about finding HOME inside yourself and letting your wisdom guide you too. It’s ok to wander off the path, as long as you get back on track. That’s living ALL IN — messy and magical, satisfying and rewarding.

Now I help my clients connect to their authentic self first, because everything else naturally evolves from there. It’s brave, rebel work — and it results in real freedom, real flow, real flourishing. I want that for you. And since I’ve walked this path, I have tools to help you find yours too.

Burning Man 2026: my first time, an epic journey to satisfy curiosity!

There was awe at the savage beauty of the desert: from scary dust storms to breathtaking rainbow sunrises. Reverence to be an earth child out in the wild, learning from Pachamama master teacher. Her challenges blew away the regular worries and left me dancing in the dirt. Inspirational artistic expression in all textures and flavors. Some parts I didn’t understand. But I connected with the vastness of possibility, and for me that ignites HOPE.

The desert reminded me the best fuel for my own passionate fire is my hope. It reminded me all my dreams are possible, even if they don’t make logical sense to anyone other than my own heart. My passion and my hope burning bright will light the way 🔥

On the other side, I’m grateful I’ve built my default world on Burning Man values: freedom, love, connection, magic ✨ Just way cozier with hot showers!!

Burning Man 2026: ¡mi primera vez, un viaje épico para saciar la curiosidad!

Hubo asombro ante la belleza salvaje del desierto: desde tormentas de polvo hasta amaneceres arcoíris. Reverencia por ser una hija de la tierra, enseñada por Pachamama, maestra suprema. Sus desafíos se borraron las preocupaciones cotidianas y me dejaron bailando en el polvo. Hubo expresión artística inspiradora en todas sus texturas y sabores. Hubo partes que no entendí. Pero conecté con la inmensidad de lo posible, y para mí eso enciende la ESPERANZA.

El desierto me recordó que el mejor alimento para mi fuego apasionado es mi esperanza. Me recordó que todos mis sueños son posibles, aunque no tengan sentido lógico para nadie más que para mi propio corazón. Mi pasión y mi esperanza ardiendo con fuerza iluminarán el camino 🔥

Del otro lado, agradezco haber construido mi mundo cotidiano con los valores de Burning Man: libertad, amor, conexión, magia ✨ ¡Pero cómodo, con duchas calientes!

Connection is what the human heart most deeply yearns for. It’s what makes life feel meaningful! According to me, there are four categories:

❣️ (1) Connection to self: Your purpose, your desire, your joy. Can you feel your full range of feelings? Can you hear your own heart?

👯 (2) Connection to others: Harmony with family, friends, community. Mutual inspiration and support. Deep conversations. Belly laughs.

🌿 (3) Connection to nature: Grounding in the grass. Healing with the plants. Cuddling your pet. Awestruck by the view. Humbled by the thunder.

🙏 (4) Connection to the divine: A knowing that there is more than this. Trust in divine perfection. Reverence for the miracle of being alive.

🌟🎤 An excerpt from my interview on The Root Cause Reset podcast – full episode available on all platforms + link in bio. Big thank you to Trish for a fascinating convo! About this highlight:

Our modern medical system says mental suffering like anxiety, depression or mood swings means something is “wrong” with you. Doctors give out diagnosis labels and prescriptions as if these are purely physical issues.

What if that is not the case at all!? What if you don’t have some sort of “condition”? What if your smart system is actually doing its job perfectly?

Try out this perspective shift:
I believe what we call “mental health issues” is actually our system alarm going off. It’s alerting that there are big problems:
ALERT 🚨 overworked, under-loved and disconnected
ALERT 🚨 have-to, should, must life that lacks purpose
ALERT 🚨 dysfunctional, self-destructive coping behaviors
ALERT 🚨 *insert yours here*

And using psychiatric medication to band-aid the situation by shutting down our ability to feel… that doesn’t fix any of those root causes, does it?

❤️ I only have compassion here, not judgement. These are the explanations and solutions our system gives us. That’s not your fault, that’s not my fault. I spent 22 years heavily medicated on psych meds because I was trying so hard to soothe my own suffering.

Guess what? It wasn’t until I adopted this perspective shift that I could break through. I had to address the root causes of my own suffering to achieve freedom.
⛓️‍💥 Freedom from the labels.
💥 Freedom from the suffering.
🚀 Freedom to be ME: unleashing my most powerful, full of purpose, oozing life-force version.

I’m not about band-aid solutions. When I am your coach, we honor and learn from your smart alarm system. We let it lead us to the root causes – and heal them. I’m talking about real, forever kind of healing that will free you, body + mind + soul.
