Stupid 💩 I learned on social media that actually works.

I wish I could give credit to whoever originally posted this because this one is GENIUS.

We love chicken française in this house, but my picky eater only likes her chicken super thin… so when I saw someone using a tortilla press to flatten chicken, I knew I had to try it.

And for $17.99?! Absolutely worth it. 😂👏

It made the chicken perfectly thin, even, and SO much easier than pounding it out. Then I portion it, vacuum seal it with my FoodSaver, and freeze it so dinner is basically ready to go.

Amazon finds I used:

FoodSaver: https://amzn.to/4cpFioe

Pink gloves, size small: https://amzn.to/4ziqq57

I love finding random little things that actually make life easier. 😂

Happy 14th birthday, buddy! We may not always see eye to eye, but now that you’re my height, we literally do. 😂

Since you hate when I post pictures of you, I’m posting one of my all time favorite videos from when you were four. You’ll always be one of my favorite people to giggle with, and I hope that never changes. ❤️

We’re still not sure who Chick Chick is, but the way you threw all your buddies under the bus still cracks us up ten years later. 🤣 And I love that those same buddies are still by your side! ❤️

I love you more than you’ll ever comprehend. Wishing you the happiest birthday and a great year ahead! #thisis14 by @amberpol78

Working from home with a saw buzzing outside while the pavers around the pool get fixed. Very peaceful. Very productive. 😂🤦‍♀️

I’m “Tired as a Mother _ “ Ha, this mug is my favorite! Hot coffee, cold protein shakes, evening cocktails, she handles every shift. 😉 How’s your day going?

Such a fun night at my 30th high school reunion! It was so nice catching up, reminiscing, and giggling about old times. 😂❤️

A huge thank you to Heather & Joe Dringus for helping put everything together and hosting us at their beautiful establishment, @thewaterfrontnj, and to Tara Gianni for getting the ball rolling and bringing everyone together.

So many laughs, familiar faces, and great memories. I’m so glad we had the chance to reconnect! 💛🖤 by @amberpol78

Can someone explain the psychology behind men doing the most random things right before a party? 🤦‍♀️😂

His mom turns 80 today, we’re about to have a house full of family…

And this man is outside power washing the curb. 🤣

Meanwhile, I’m inside getting everything ready because apparently the street was the real emergency. 😂

Please tell me your husband does this too! 👇🤣 by @amberpol78

A couple days ago, we celebrated Noelle’s 5th Grade Graduation, and I’ve been thinking ever since about how proud we are of the young lady she is becoming.

Noelle was recognized with an academic award for excellence, but what makes us proud goes far beyond grades. This year, she was a member of Callan’s Character Crew, where she helped support students with special needs. Watching her show kindness, patience, empathy, and compassion to others has been one of our greatest joys.

She has always had good manners and a caring heart, and she consistently looks out for others. Those qualities matter just as much as any award.

Noelle may not be the loudest person in the room, but she has a quiet confidence that I admire so much. She knows who she is, stays true to herself, and treats others with respect and kindness. That strength of character will take her far in life.

We are incredibly proud of all you’ve accomplished and even more proud of the person you are becoming.

Congratulations, Noelle. We love you more than words can say, and we can’t wait to see what your next chapter brings. 🎓❤️ Middle school… here we come 🥹 by @amberpol78
