✨ the lov̶neliest time of year has finally passed ✨ what a year it has been.. seeing everyone’s highs got me feeling low to be honest.. it was not all bad fortunately, the highs were high and the lows were very low & lonely - friendships were reinforced, colleagues became friends and some friendships feel lost & I still feel lost most of the time. But I try to trust the process, try to believe this lonely and difficult time will make me better in the long run 🥲

Some highs of my year 👉🏼
(I don’t have pics of the lows 🤷🏼‍♀️ nobody wants to see the ugly crying 😭)

1 constant: in the end you’re alone and you can only count on yourself - so in 2026 I’ll be focussing on getting better at being & loving myself ❤️‍🩹
