Based a new pattern off of some beautiful #daikon Radishes from @abundantacresns and incorporated it into a bullfrog 🐸. The picture I used as inspiration was one I took at my last trip to the @mnhnovascotia.

Check on your next visit to see whether he's turned into his royal 👑 form or is still a #bullfrog 🐸! by @ambicerebral

Saw this great tutorial from @evergreenflowerfarm_ and knew I had to make one of my own! I love how it turned out, even if I don't have as many options for flowers as they do! by @ambicerebral

DYK Baby #puffins are called #Pufflings? And that they mate for life? Even though they spend 8 months apart bopping around the sea hunting, they return to their same burrow and partner every year!

The original went to its home yesterday, so I can finally show you this piece ❤️ Prints available in 8x10 and 11x14 by @ambicerebral

Brown cardboard backers and schnitzel and noodles! These are a few of my favorite things!

Sending out some orders today and thought I'd show you the steps that I take when sending them out - including hand addressing your names! I've heard from many of you that you love seeing your names, hand lettered show up in your mailboxes! by @ambicerebral

I find it so restful being creative. But sometimes that means being creative in ways that are totally unhinged from whether or not other people will like or buy them. So I present: my random creative non-book-page projects from the past couple months.

1) this retaining wall at the back of our yard was plain, and few flowers grew because of the shade and the children trampling, so I spray painted some of my own!

2) Pinery Provincial Park on Lake Huron has amazing, smooth rocks that were just begging to be put into a gradient. Note the wildfire smoke!

3) The aforementioned smooth rocks were super easy to paint! And I had never seen so many monarchs 🦋

4) Cosmic Blondies with a white chocolate ganache 😋 it was a New York Times Recipe and was so delicious! And (I thought) quite pretty!

5) My girls' combined birthday was a butterfly themed garden party, so they got a caterpillar and butterfly with real pressed pansies! by @ambicerebral

Whale, whale, whale, what do we have here?

I love the pop of the orca on the page against this dark paint choice 😍 by @ambicerebral

Thanks to a sleeping baby, I've been working on these little things. So many intricate details of a new piece on a map of a country I'm personally familiar with (and would LOVE to go to again). Any guesses? Hints: think volcanoes 🌋 by @ambicerebral
