Woahh. I’m Officially a member of the Recording Academy Class of 2026. ✨🫢🤭💖

Music has always been bigger than the stage for me it’s about creating opportunities, building community, and advocating for creatives. From founding @ambitiousent_ to managing artists, producing events, and helping independent talent navigate the industry, every step has led to this VERY moment.

I’m honored to join a community of music professionals dedicated to shaping the future of our industry. I’m excited to learn, contribute, connect, and continue opening doors for the next generation of creatives.

A very special thank you goes out to my mentor/sis/business partner @lyricalsheart and my amazing client @ifeanyielswith for speaking so highly of me, always giving me my flowers and mentioning me in rooms I haven’t entered yet 💖 I appreciate you both dearly!

Here’s to representing Chicago, serving the creative community, and continuing to move the culture forward💫💖

Artist management is so much more than emails, meetings, and release schedules. I do ALOT🤣

Sometimes it looks like designing merch.
Sometimes it looks like pressing shirts by hand.
Sometimes it looks like learning a new skill because you believe in the vision that much.

As a CEO and artist manager, I’ve learned that building an artist requires creativity, strategy, and a willingness to do the work that nobody sees 💖

Every shirt represents belief. Belief in the artist. Belief in the journey. Belief in what’s possible.

We’re building one step, one opportunity, and one piece of merch at a time. 💖

Please support and grab merch from @ifeanyielswith if you haven’t yet.

Most artists are creating.
Very few are actually building.

If you’ve been:
* dropping music with no real plan
* posting content without direction
* trying to figure out how to make money from your art

this is for you.

I’m opening up a limited number of FREE Ambitious coaching calls for artists.

We’ll talk about:
• your current process
• your goals
• how to monetize your music
• booking shows + opportunities
• content + rollout strategy
• PRO / MLC / distribution setup
• grants + business credit
• and how to actually build something sustainable

Plus I’ll point you in the right direction with real resources + connections.

This isn’t for everybody.
Only for the AMBITIOUS

Exhale: An Ifeanyi Elswith Experience featuring Kordy Blakka & Sista Salem 🩵 Friday, October 9th at 8PM

Hailing from Chicago’s South Side, Ifeanyi Elswith is a Belizean R&B/Caribbean artist blending hip-hop, soul, and pop into a sound all her own. Named ‘Afro Artist of 2026’ by the 312 Awards, Ifeanyi uses her music to push culture forward and reflect the city’s rich diversity—bridging communities through her fusion of sound, her sweet voice, and sultry vibe. @blakkablakkablakka and @sista.salem will be hitting the stage with her.

Kordy Blakka is an uplifting and sensual Afrocentric artist, songwriter, and electrifying performer born and raised in Nigeria.

Sista Salem is an emotional vessel. Jazz taught her freedom, soul taught her truth, and R&B taught her intimacy. She weaves them together, creating spaces where people can feel deeply and recognize something of themselves.
