Nowadays, animal lovers are seen feeding and taking care of neglected dogs and cats on the streets. This is a positive aspect of our society. However, apart from dogs and cats, there are many other neglected animals that we take as food for our own sake. Just as it hurts to see neglected dogs and cats on the streets, animals like chickens, fish, cows, goats also have lives and we take them as food for our own sake. When we eat them, don't we remember their innocent eyes for a moment? They are innocent animals. They cannot express their feelings to us. Is it right that we brutally kill them and take them as food?আজকাল পশুপ্রেমীদের রাস্তায় অবহেলিত কুকুর ও বিড়ালদের খাওয়াতে এবং যত্ন নিতে দেখা যায়। এটি আমাদের সমাজের একটি ইতিবাচক দিক। তবে, কুকুর ও বিড়াল ছাড়াও আরও অনেক অবহেলিত প্রাণী আছে যাদের আমরা কেবল নিজেদের স্বার্থে খাদ্য হিসেবে গ্রহণ করি। রাস্তায় অবহেলিত কুকুর ও বিড়ালদের দেখলে যেমন কষ্ট হয়, তেমনি মুরগি, মাছ, গরু, ছাগলের মতো প্রাণীদেরও জীবন আছে এবং আমরা তাদেরও কেবল নিজেদের স্বার্থে খাদ্য হিসেবে গ্রহণ করি। যখন আমরা তাদের খাই, তখন কি এক মুহূর্তের জন্যেও তাদের নিষ্পাপ চোখগুলোর কথা মনে পড়ে না? তারা নিষ্পাপ প্রাণী। তারা আমাদের কাছে তাদের অনুভূতি প্রকাশ করতে পারে না। এটা কি ঠিক যে আমরা তাদের নৃশংসভাবে হত্যা করে খাদ্য হিসেবে গ্রহণ করি? by @ambolina_roy
