Here at @highdiveharrisburg we’re doing something old school.

Real vinyl in the jukebox. Real conversation. Real people. Even a payphone!!

No algorithm. Nobody asking chat what to say.

This shoot is a reminder... IRL is always better.

Just say no to AI

Nothing To Post? Save this + share it with someone who needs it.

The finished image is only half the story. The other half is what happened getting there. The weird moments, the people behind the camera. All the fun stuff that doesn’t make the final cut. That’s what we wanted to keep here.

8mm home-movie energy from behind the scenes with Creative Director @ambria_michelle with our finished images at the end.

Here’s how to do this with shit you already have on your phone…

* Pull together the clips sitting in your phone
* Mix in the finished photos at the end
* Add music
* Cut it together in instagram
* Save this for the next time you’re wondering what to post
* Send it to someone with 10,000 photos who still says they have nothing to post

Get Messy!

You’re only 1 collaboration away from something amazing!

You’ll get way better results when everyone brings something different to the table.

3 Steps to make your collaborations hit different:

1. Start with one idea, one mood, one story.
2. Give everyone a role. When the team knows their role, they do their best work.
3. Bring something unexpected. A prop, a location, a lens… something not planned.

Make space to play!

Pro tip:
First get the shots you need. Shoot the safe version first, then jam…

Your next opportunity is hiding in your community.

BTW, don’t be afraid to reach out to a local business who is also willing to collaborate… remember everyone needs to bring something different. We shot these at @the_millworks , a local business, and supporter of the arts.

RU A Photographer? Videographer? Model?
Stylist? Creative?

We’re always down to build with good people.
Drop in the comments or DM us if you want to collab.
