Let’s talk about these Alkaline approved foods!!! After detoxing and eating from the approved alkaline list I cannot see myself going back to the standard American Diet!! I feel better than I’ve ever felt before and I shed 15 pounds of excess toxins and 7.5 inches off of my body in the process! This has given me a new perspective on my eating habits! Now that I’m home from rehab…There’s no turning back now!!!!

Would you try an alkaline diet??

Thermal Water is Life Changing!!!

🧖🏾 How many times did I say sauna?? 🙃

This water is rich in all the essential minerals that our body needs! My body was able to flush out soooo many toxins by drinking, soaking and sweating in this water! Combined with fasting and eating clean my skin was glowing in the dark by the end of my trip! I cannot wait to step foot into this thermal pool again!

Just because I love going to the market!! On this day I was looking for Soursop but the trip was unsuccessful as Soursop was no longer in season, but I got a few other good things! 🙃🙃🙃

Also, what kind of camera should I buy?

What you see here is me RUNNING out of a shipping warehouse after returning about 100 packages…after a LONG shift of rummaging around Houston trying to drop off packages and FAILING tremendously!! But it’s OK!

As a recently retired teacher I decided to get myself a side hustle to earn some extra cash…..well I quickly learned a few lessons:

1.) Easy money is not always EASY…this was the hardest I’ve EVER worked and I DID NOT complete the task!

2.) A little patience, consistency and DISCIPLINE will go a LOOONNNG way!

3.) Trust the process and STICK TO THE PLAN!!!

I’ve earned a new level of RESPECT for courier workers….sorry if your TIK TOK package was delayed in the process but it should be on the way!! 🫣🫣🫣

Can you imagine one solid year of growth! Plants often teach us the greatest life lessons if you’re paying attention.
