POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Very rushed thing I whipped up for the Forged/CC discord server banner contest! (based on the Deltarune Chapter 5 promo art)

Featuring three of the main characters from the Forged storyline, from left to right: Rho (by myself and Dukemz), Ignire (by RxbinWxng), and Prota (by Dukemz).

sadly insta wouldn't let me add music to this post without muting the video💔

the original deltarune official art

also this really old shitpost animatic I made about ignire and rho years ago but still cracks me up lol

Another Project Elevatia post and oc introduction!!

This is Canopus, he's Arc's best friend and another skilled soldier in the Elevatian War. They worked closely on a team with Izara, and Elnath (sadly not in this post bc I don't have any art of him that I particularly like that I'm ready to share yet😭)

(slides 2-3): I tried smth slightly experimental with a palette I found on tumblr. it's alrighttt but more importantly I had fun working on it! (text might be a little hard to read so here's a transcript).
C: What are you doing here?
A: You needed back-up.
C: You're not supposed to be fighting.
A: I don't recall asking for your opinion.
C: Buddy that's a fact—
A: —Stay focused!

Also featured in this post:
my OCs Arcturus and Izara, who you're hopefully familiar with
my oc, FORGED!Mirae
Prominia, Dyson, and Pleione (belong to @dukemz76)
Delta (belongs to @dxl44_)

To clarify for anyone who doesn't know, FORGED is a work in progress story I'm helping to write and is a sub-story in the connected multiverse collection of Project Elevatia. Please don't hesitate to ask me about it if you're curious!! Or check it out on Toyhouse to find out more about the characters and works that feature them.

Thank you for reading!!💖

So... I thought I had already posted this here for some reason. This was my part for the Outer Wilds Collapsed Stars Minibang event held over on tumblr a year ago. It's a companion piece to an AU fic titled 'I'm a silhouette asking every now and then - is it over yet?' by Wingheart on AO3. Here's a small excerpt from the fic:

'The hatchling's flying was definitely
worse than Gossan had trained them, but in a way…sideways…of their usual beginner's mistakes. It reminded Gossan uncomfortably of the time Feldspar had flown in jittery from stimulants and sleep deprivation they hadn't been able to fully feel. They bumped into another three vines, cracking their oxygen tank, and didn't bother to stop.'

Please check it out! (But not if you haven't played Outer Wilds as it contains spoilers!!)

I joined the event last minute as a pinch-hitter for the original artist (now buggbott on tumblr), so I owe the overall composition to them and their stunning original concept sketch. I just came in and cleaned things up and did the lineart and final colour. The image with the silhouettes and planets is an additional illustration I made for the ending of the fic but it was pretty rushed, haha.

I also added a bunch of old outer wilds doodles to this post but it's mostly Gossan, Feldspar and Hatchling (to stay on theme with the fic and definitely not because I'm biased lol. Honestly for Gabbro also being one of my favourites, I sure don't draw Gabbro enough).

If you read my IG stories you'll know how much Outer Wilds means to me. hopefully I'll make more art for this absolutely incredible game soon🙂‍↕️

'a bridge between hearts'

Last minute entry for @stephen_mccranie's Space Boy giveaway! Honestly, I'm surprised I haven't yet made a proper post about the series here besides yapping in my insta story. It's long overdue!

I really like the chapters showcasing this concept of the bridge being built from one person to another, and wanted to try and focus on Amy's inner conflict realising the danger of that closeness due to outside forces (I'm deliberately trying to be very vague to avoid spoilers haha).
I also wanted to compare to some of my oldest fanart for the comic (last two slides before the memes!)

Mr McCranie, I know it's all been said before but I don't think I can fully convey just how much this story means to me. I've been reading since 2018 (binged it in a couple days as most folks tend to do) and have introduced it to several people, the majority of whom became just as hooked as I am lol. It's still my favourite comic series ever and every aspect of it has moved and inspired me a lot over the years, and continues to do so now. I have laughed and cried and grown with the characters, waited patiently week to week, theorising with my siblings and rereading old episodes and comments. It has been something to look forward to in the hardest times. You and your work and the community you have fostered around it are truly something special! Thank you, Space Commander Stephen, for giving us Space Boy! Thank you for all your hard work and staying committed to completing it, however long that takes. And here's to whatever else of this beautiful story is yet to come. Please keep taking care of yourself and your family first! We are all so glad you exist.💖

🍕new fave ego guys, the character hate to love pipeline is real🫶

I'm sure nobody saw this coming, I certainly didn't, but Idk what to tell you. he's pretty and makes terrible puns and can probably get you free pizza. what more could you want. definitely trumps any deeper lore or character writing. pizzaplier/pizza Pete deserved more screen time 100% guys

(EDIT: THIS WAS AN APRIL FOOL'S JOKE, ENGIE AND HEIST ARE STILL MY FAVES. I HATE THIS GUY)
