Reminiscing 😌 by @amelia.ataylor
15 weeks ago, I had my second labrum repair after spending a year and a half fighting for answers and pushing to have surgery. My mri and tests didn’t show anything was wrong, but I trusted myself. I believed something was wrong. These 15 weeks have been painful and frustrating, but so well worth it. I’m finally getting back into a gym routine and learning what my body can and can’t handle. Today, I officially finished physical therapy and am moving on to the next part of my recovery. I’m so grateful of how far I’ve come and that I never stopped advocating for myself. It gets better ❤️‍🩹 by @amelia.ataylor
