To every athlete that’s ever been injured, especially to those who’ve had to take a year off from their sport for it. Never forget why you pushed so hard to come back and never stop being proud of yourself for doing so. Injuries are just as much a mental toll as a physical one and I’m proud to say after tearing my ACL having to quit gymnastics, transitioning to dance, tearing my labrum’s and almost having to quit dance, I’m back and nothing can stop me from doing what I love 🖤 by @amelia.h4
