@paceclubofficial I’m blaming you if I can’t cross that finish line on sunday 😭😭 (best hyrox class in london though)

Booked with @sportl.uk obvs !!!! Pay as you go classes meaning I can try whatever I want when I want 😏 (perfect if you have commitment issues xxx)

ad I think this might be one of my favourite things about getting older 🥹

Whether it’s dragging your parents out for a walk, getting them into the gym, sharing things you’ve learnt about nutrition or just encouraging them to look after themselves a little more, DO IT ❤️

I want dad running up mountains with me for as long as physically possible!!!🥹⭐️

Our electrolytes + creatine are both from @proteinworks and you can use AMELIAACTIVE if you want to try them too 🫶

1 week to go!! AHHH help. 🫪@vitaminwell_uk

The fact this used to be such a long run for me and this is now probably the shortest ‘long run’ on the plan is MENTAL🤓🤓

Side note little update: Absolutely LOVED training!!! It really is true that the more you run weekly the better you get and the more confident you feel. Not gonna be too cocky yet and say I ‘LOVE’ running, it’s definitely a journey 🤣🤣

Are you chocolate or berry shake person?? (only one right answer here x)
