As I stepped on stage for the last time this weekend I was flooded with an immense feeling of gratitude for what dance has brought me and who dance has brought me. With closing this chapter of my life all I have to say is thank you.

I am so grateful for all of the people that I have met , learned from, and most importantly grown close too.

To all my teachers, thank you for what you taught me to get where I am today. Whether it was a life lesson or telling me to point my toes I am so grateful for your endless support and dedication.

To my past and present teammates thank you for always putting up with me and all of my flaws and allowing me an environment where I can always come and laugh. Although I won’t be on the competition stage with you anymore , just know I will be back every chance I can and supporting you all from a far. It goes by quick, take every opportunity, every class, and every time you say you can’t do something please get up and try.

To all of my extra dance moms , thank you for always making sure I was set and always having extras of everything incase I forget them.

To my sister, thank you for setting an example like no other and walking so that I could run. I know I say it a lot but I truly am so grateful.

To my littles , I hope I am leaving you with a good idea of what dance should be . A space to learn and a space to have fun while making yourself and better dancer. I am so grateful to be even a part of your journeys and can’t wait to continue to see you grow up on the competition stage.

And finally to my mom, thank you for allowing me the opportunity to dance. Your studio has brought me and so many others such amazing opportunities and spaces to grow and thrive. Thank you for the studio I grew up in, from one week old at recital to now I have always been there and involved and am so happy to be able to call the studio my second home.

Although this is the end of competition and studio dance for me, I cannot wait to see where this next chapter of my life will take me. And I am so thankful for the time that I was given and allowed to share a huge part of my life.

I am so excited to officially announce that I will be attending the CLI Conservatory next year to continue my dance training under the best mentors and program possible! I am so grateful for this opportunity and can’t wait to see what this holds for me.

I want to send a huge thank you to @teddyforance and the whole @cliconservatory team for believing in my ability and allowing me to be a part of something so special. I also want to share gratitude to the lord, my family, and of course all of my mentors; a huge thank you to the entire @bellevuedanceacademyne faculty and the KAR team, and many other teachers and mentors throughout my life for making this dream possible!
