Across generations, cultures and centuries, we have sung.
We have sung the Earth, the Sun, the Moon, the Stars, our Gods, the Mother, Nature.

Singing together feels like a remembrance of something ancient.
A return to the way humans have always gathered, shared stories, prayed, celebrated, grieved, healed, remembered, and connected through song.

We have sung loudly, profoundly, fiercely, shamelessly. Freely. We have sung from our heart, our body, our soul.
And we have sung more.

Here is to continuing singing, and to us as Terra Cosmica beautiful Choir !!!!

So much LOVE

PARIS - ONE-DAY CHOIR

Dimanche 25 octobre · 10h–13h

The voice is a doorway to connect with other dimensions.
A doorway into the unseen, into the depths of ourselves.

Through frequency we communicate with the unconscious 🌀

Through vocal trance we enter altered states of listening, in which we unlock the codes of memory that have been stored within our cells by our ancestors, within the Earth

Here is vocal channeling of sirens/ mermaids chants, inside the Biarrtiz lighthouse, France.

Through opening my vocal channel, I’m singing the song I could hear and feel within the walls and in the crash of the waves beneath.

Work with me to explore the gift of your voice and to sing from the depth of your soul

Singing as an offering.

To sing from the body is to return to what we have always done as humans: singing.

Singing to heal, to celebrate, to pray, to grieve, to birth, to help our children sleep…

Here, as a mother, I sing to my daughter Terra Mélodie.
Knowing that my voice carries the song of my ancestors, our ancestors.

I pray through my voice for her life to be blessed by Grace. I sing for our nervous system to calm, to ground, to anchor in serenity. This is a moment of loving connection and peaceful presence through song. Heart to heart❤️

We have used our voices as a tool since the beginning of time.

A Vocal Activation with me is a profound journey into liberating and opening your voice, and accessing the primal depth of your sound.

Let your own song wash over you.
Let it be medicine 🪶

Sessions open now.

Online via Zoom.

The heart of my work is to free the voice. 🌬️

Through the body, harmonic resonance, ancient song and elements of vocal technique, we liberate the voice and journey into the depth, power and force of our own primal sound.

A lovingly held space to unlock your body-voice and your own song. To experience the medicine of your voice and a fuller, more expanded, embodied and authentic expression. 🪶✨

I’m opening a limited number of online 1:1 Voice Activation sessions again.

DM or book via the link in bio.
Love,
Amélie

“When women reclaim their voice, they awaken the soul of the world.” — Jean Shinoda Bolen

Singing with you @ameliemilton feels like remembering the voices of the ancestors - melodies etched in the stones, in the wind, in the waters.

There are meetings in life that grow your heart wide open…and with you, it’s been such sweet creative effervescence.
Returning to our French roots after many years in Australia, somehow living parallel lives in the same town without ever crossing, something ancient is weaving itself through our voices harmonizing.

And I am SO excited to share with the world our very first recording together, soon on its way….🌀

ONE DAY CHOIR ✨🎵

Terra Cosmica One Day Choir is a 3-hour immersive workshop into voice, harmony and collective song.

Come and experience the pure joy, passion and healing of singing collectively in harmony; and the ecstatic freedom, confidence and expansion that emerge through vocal liberation which is the heart of our work.

VOICE ACTIVATION

VOCAL TECHNIQUE

POWERFUL HARMONIES

TRADITIONAL FOLK SONGS

ANCESTRAL CHANTS & EARTH PRAYERS

Together we will explore the voice through somatic vocal exploration, vocal activation, warmups and gentle vocal technique.

You may be surprised by the depth, resonance and new textures that emerge through your voice as we activate the “body-voice” (the primal and instinctive voice)

We will learn two musically rich and meaningful songs in harmony and experience the unique magic that happens when voices come together as one.

A rare opportunity to experience and taste the essence of Terra Cosmica without committing to a full term.

To free the voice is to free the self.

To sing together is to remember the ancient way.

✨ No experience needed
✨ All voices welcome

Sunday 21 June
10am–1pm
