Happy 9th, day after, birthday to this real wild child of ours!! Life is brighter, louder, and so much more fun with him in it. Happiest Birthday, a couple days late, to one of the most pleasant, happy, joyful, supportive people I know. Took a mini trip to Santa Cruz and hung out on the beach, ride e-bikes, ate lots of good food, saw a movie, and went shopping. Pretty perfect celebration for a pretty perfect guy. That’s our 12 year old birthday girl! We love her to bits and pieces. She became our St. Patrick day good luck charm when we she showed up in this world. A shinning star in our family. One minute she can get into a belly laughing fit with her older sister and then turn around and start wrestling her little brother until they are cracking up. Unless it ends with an injury because ya never know. She has a big heart and makes us all feel loved and seen. She is a keeper🥳🎉🎂 by @ameskabames

I know March is flying by sometimes I feel a little behind still thinking about February moments so I thought I’d document it. Skiing, sledding, and snow, Valentines, Papa’s birthday, Derek’s mosh pit black eye, 4 years in jujitsu, volleyball games, and Apple Hill. Ok I feel better. This bright ray of sunshine that made me a mom turned 14 on Monday. She may have already become a teenager but it feels more official now. We are constantly impressed on the daily with everything she takes on and succeeds in. She has so many accomplishments to list but even without them she has a radiating soul that grabs your attention with her crazy energy and love. She is beautiful inside and out. When we try to pay her a compliment she pays it back double. Education, band, and theater have always seemed to come naturally for her. The last couple years she also become passionate about volleyball and recently made a volleyball club team with her best friend. Ps this is one of her fav songs right now. Sienna has given us so much joy in our family and we are so thankful to have her in our lives. Happy birthday my special girly. by @ameskabames
