This kid came home tonight and hung with sister and played with his dogs. All while with a smirk on his face because his name is next to some of the best in the sport and who he has looked up to since he was able to shoot at the range. After two days of shooting at Cohen’s class they needed a body to make a competition “fair” 😂 so I was volunteered. 1- I didn’t embarrass myself, 2- I didn’t break 180 🙏, and 3- @cohen_miller_ had a smile on his face so big that maybe he could talk me into it again! This is kinda fun. by @amesmil5

Get yourself a kid who finds their passion and then goes for it, all the way, unapologetically! GM run today on his classifier and honestly, the outcome isn’t what I’m most proud of….its his commitment to the process. Just a little PR 385# DL at NIAC Power today. I couldn’t be more proud of this kid! 925# total for his first meet. 🥹❤️💪🏻. Now onto Nationals for shooting C!!! Huge shoutout to @niactrain for putting on another insane event and loved having so many competitors from @palouseperformance . We have a lifting community in this tiny town that blows my mind and has changed my life. Until next year… by @amesmil5
