My grandpa (aka Pop) lived 94 incredible years, always making the most of life — even playing and winning at poker just six days before he passed. We were the true winners, though, as he shared his love, kindness, and valuable life lessons with us. Rest in Peace, Pop. Outstanding 6th Grader of the Year…To know Lucy is to know that she is incredibly kind, compassionate, quick-witted, intelligent…and does NOT like being in the spotlight 😉 To know Lucy is to know that she leads more by example, is loyal and dependable. To know Lucy is to know that transitioning to a new school in a new city was nerve-wracking and uncomfortable. But to know Lucy is to also know that she’s brave, hopeful and true to herself.
