DAY 4:Your itinary to spend a cat date in Tokyo Japan! here’s what I ate in a day as a regular 26 y/o Japanese girl living in Vancouver🍵👩‍🍳It’s been one of those busy days, so I skipped all the cooking because @tractorfoods came through🙃alsooo if you want to save $$ use my code AMI50 for 50% off your first order:)Ever since I got back from Japan, I’ve been playing catch-up with UGC work/content creation and everything else, so not having to cook or meal prep has honestly been such a lifesaver. MANGO COCONUT MATCHA CLOUD🥭☁️(recipe below⬇️) sry I keep saying this is my fave, but THIS ONE’S OFFICIALLY IN MY TOP LIST!I don’t personally like the taste of coconut water on its own, but OMG it tastes SO good with mango, especially ripe, fresh Palmer mangoes!!🤤The perfect drink to chug while staying hydrated with electrolytes this summer!Here’s what you need:-1 ripe palmer mango -coconut water @wholefoodscanada (Creamtop)-5g matcha @rockysmatcha -10ml oat milk @earthsown -60ml heavy cream (used lactose free 35%)-10ml agave syrup -sprinkle salt @maldonsalt -shredded coconut (optional for garnish)For mango puree, all I did was cut in pieces and mash them with muddler, loved the chunky and pulpy texture!And don’t forget to share this with your mango matcha lovers🥭🍵mango matcha, coconut water, summer drink, refreshing, home cafe, matcha cloud by @ami_k1119

Seriously, not enough people talk about this place…I came for a sip, stayed for the yapping, and somehow left with new dishware☕️@fablehomecafe (2871 Granville St, Fairview, Vancouver)The space is bright, airy, and super cute for photos, with cozy seating. It’s the kind of cafe where you can catch up with friends in private after work or just bring your book and spend me time.Their drink menu is so fun too especially the matcha drinks made with @enjoyemeri and they’ve got fresh pastries if you’re feeling snacky.What I tried:Lychee Mist ★★★★So refreshing… this was my favourite!!Black Sesame Silk ★★★Really nutty with hints of cardamom. Super unique if you’re into those cozy, earthy flavours.They’ve also got new summer drinks coming out soon, so stay tuned because I’ll definitely be back to try them! (hosted) by @ami_k1119
