Kinda CHIC to leave reviews after your Pilates class ✨

Just going through some recent ClassPass reviews and wow…🥹 so many lovely words from you guys!!

I appreciate every single one more than you know. I really do pour my heart and soul into every class, and all I ever want is for you to walk out feeling happy, strong, slightly shaky-legged and like you’ve WORKED💪🏽

Al the love, and keep them coming❤️

A little look into how I layer an exercise✨

What starts as a standing leg series gradually builds all the way down to the mat, with each layer adding a new challenge. Expect glutes, quads, core stability, balance, coordination… and a whole lot of BURNNNN🤭🔥

The ball is there to keep you humble, but you’ve got this🤣 Give this flow a go, take it one layer at a time, and let me know which one gets you the most🌶️💪🏽

A little reminder that workouts don’t have to be an hour long to count!!🫶🏽

I had 20 minutes before a Pilates client, so I squeezed in some strength training beforehand! I’ve definitely not been lifting as heavy lately, especially with teaching so much, so getting back into it has been a challenge, but it’s one I’m excited for.✨

I love Pilates for SO many reasons, but strength training will always have a place in my routine too. As women, our bodies are constantly changing so we have to look after them!!Strong is always the goal💪🏽❤️
