One thing about construction you got to be able to communicate while the job is moving. ๐Ÿšง๐Ÿค Situations like this are a good reminder that construction is about working with the residents nearby, communicating with your crew respectfully, and finding solutions that work for everyone. ๐Ÿค™ A quick conversation and a little communication helped keep both the job and the residents nearby happy. Thatโ€™s all part of the work. ๐Ÿšง๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿฝ #hawaii #construction #concretepumping #communication #residential by @amigospumping
Being a great pumper isnโ€™t just about how well you pump, itโ€™s also about how you leave the job when youโ€™re done. ๐Ÿ’ฏ The General Contractor made sure to remind us to be extra cautious and clean because we were working near a sewer and some annoyed homeowners. Carlos, the contractor who referred us for this job, was right there to vouch for us. On the last job we did for him in Kailua, we made sure to clean up properly and leave little to no extra concrete behind ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿผ. Thatโ€™s something we take pride in. Anybody can show up, pump the mud, and leave, but contractors remember the crews that respect their property, protect the surrounding area, minimize waste, and clean up after themselves. Those little things build your reputation. And when someone can recommend you for another job because of the work you did on the last one, thatโ€™s when you know youโ€™re doing something right. Do good work. Keep it clean. Respect the job site. Your last job can be what gets you the next one. ๐Ÿ”‘๐Ÿ’ฏ #ConcretePumping #CleanWork #ConstructionLife #ReputationMatters #ConcreteHawaii by @amigospumping
What started as an 80+ yard pour ended up being 90+ yards, and jobs like this remind you why having a solid crew matters. ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿฝ When youโ€™re pumping that much concrete, everybody has to be on the same page. A solid pump crew keeps the mud moving, but having a solid mason crew that can jam and keep up with the pour makes all the difference. Big shoutout to all the masons who support this page and always show aloha on and off the job site ๐Ÿค™๐Ÿฝ you guys are the backbone of this work and it doesnโ€™t go unnoticed. 90 yards might sound like a lot, but with the right people working together, communicating, and doing their part, a big pour can run smooth.๐Ÿค When everyone shows up ready to jam, even a 90-yard pour feels easy. Thatโ€™s how you get it done right. ๐Ÿ’ฏ #ConcretePumping #Hawaii #MasonLife #Teamwork #ConstructionLife by @amigospumping
A good boss doesnโ€™t just stand back and watch, heโ€™s right there in the middle of the work with the crew. ๐Ÿค™๐Ÿฝ Even though we mainly run trailer pumps, seeing Ricky on the boom handling the hoses is a reminder that real leadership comes from experience and being willing to get your hands dirty. Heโ€™s always working alongside us, sharing knowledge, teaching us the little things you only learn from years in the trade, and leading by example.๐Ÿ’ฏ๐Ÿค The best lessons donโ€™t always happen in a classroom, they happen on the job, shoulder to shoulder with people whoโ€™ve been there before you. Grateful to keep learning every day. ๐Ÿค๐Ÿฝ๐Ÿ—๏ธ #ConcretePumping #Leadership #SkilledTrades #ConstructionLife #Teamwork by @amigospumping
We may be one of the younger crews in the industry, but weโ€™re hungry to improve, and never afraid of hard work. ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿฝ๐Ÿค Every day we earn our experience by listening to the men who paved the way before us. Thanks to Ricky and his father, Sergio, whose knowledge, work ethic, and years in the trade helped build the foundation of this company. Their willingness to teach the next generation is something we donโ€™t take for granted.๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ’ฏ Weโ€™re not here to prove we know everything weโ€™re here to keep learning, keep grinding, and carry this trade forward with pride and aloha๐Ÿค™๐Ÿฝ The future is built by those who respect the past. ๐Ÿ“†๐Ÿ—๏ธ #hawaii #concretepumping #operator #construction #legacy by @amigospumping
A good boss isnโ€™t just someone who gives orders, itโ€™s someone who takes care of their crew. After a long day on the jobs, Ricky fired up the grill and cooked us some steak tacos in our backyard office. The reason boss man takes care of us is because we take care of him and it shows in whatever he does, thats just the person he is. Itโ€™s all a team effort. Everyone shows up, works hard, and looks out for one another. That kind of respect goes both ways, and itโ€™s what makes a strong crew. ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿฝ๐Ÿค Grateful to be part of a team that feels more like family. ๐ŸŒฎ๐Ÿฅฉ๐Ÿค™ #teamwork #crewculture #workfamily #hardworkpaysoff #bossman by @amigospumping
Just the usual routine. โ›ฝ โฐ Energy drinks for us, fuel for the equipment. A little preparation before pours makes for a smoother day. Nothing fancy just the everyday routine of making sure the crew and the machines are ready for the day. ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿฝ๐Ÿšง #hawaii #concretepumping #711 #gas #diesel by @amigospumping
Welcome to our Office. ๐Ÿ—๏ธ๐Ÿค Our office might be a backyard, but the mission stays the same. Plan the job. Communicate with the crew. Solve problems before they happen. Because the best pours start with a good game plan. ๐Ÿšง๐Ÿ’ช #amigos4L #hawaii #onthecomeup #stayhumble #pray by @amigospumping

Different backgrounds. Same work ethic. ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿšง I (Naโ€™u) grew up around concrete pumps. My father built Timmyโ€™s Concrete Pumping, and thatโ€™s where I learned the value of hard work, responsibility, and taking pride in the job alongside my older brother Mana. My friend/brother since 6th grade Kingston took a different path. He grew up remodeling bathrooms with his father, learning the trade, working with his hands, and understanding what it means to earn everything through the work he put in. Even though we come from different backgrounds, those lessons carried us over into concrete pumping, what we love doing now. Kingston picked up the trade quickly, proving that hard work, a willingness to learn, and the right attitude go a long way. Different roads led us here, but the same values keep us moving forward. Hard work recognizes hard work and Iโ€™m glad to work with a longtime friend. ๐Ÿค #amigos4L #concretepumping #braddahs #hawaii #bluecollar by @amigospumping
Two second-generation pumpers getting the job done with ease. ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿšง Ricky (Boss Man) grew up around โ€œAlways Pumpingโ€ and Mana grew up around โ€œTimmyโ€™s Concrete Pumpingโ€ both businesses their fathers started from the ground up. Long before either of them stepped onto a job site, both their fathers were building businesses, serving customers, and teaching the value of hard work. Today, theyโ€™re carrying on that legacyโ€”different companies, same trade, same work ethic. Itโ€™s cool to see the next generation (us) continuing what our dads started, one pour at a time. #concretepumping #secondgeneration #familybusiness #hawaii #construction by @amigospumping
