من این منو تغییر میدم...

دلم گرفته ولی،
یه امید تازه توی مغزم هست...
غمم نشسته هنوز اما آرومم و چون روشنایی رو میبینم،
ولی نسیمِ صبح می‌گه «گذشته‌ست و همه چیز درست میشه».

می‌خندم و نقابم رو میزنم
می‌چکن آروم اشک هایم در دلم
چقدر قشنگه گاهی که در دلت باران ببارد—
چه خوب باشه چه بد خوشحالم خدا که کنارم هستی حتی پای سفره خالیم دمت گرم که پشتم فقط به خودت گرمه مرسی که هستی!!!

My heart feels heavy,
but a fresh hope still lives in my mind.
My sorrow still sits deep,
yet the morning breeze whispers, “it’s gone.”

I smile and put on my mask,
while silent tears fall inside my heart.
How beautiful it is when rain pours in your soul—
good or bad, I’m still grateful, God.
Even at my empty table,
thank You for being the warmth behind my back.

شهر نقش و نگار و باغ و نگین،
در دل تاریخ، جاوید و یقین.
پل به پل قصه‌ای از عشق و راز،
کاخ به کاخ، نغمه‌ی صد ساز باز.

میدان نقش جهان، آینه‌ی نور،
در دلش شعر و شور و رنگ و حضور.
از زاینده‌رود تا چل‌ستون،
جان بگیرد دل، چو گردد هم‌زبون.

هر نسیمش پر از آواز خوش،
هر غروبش چو نقاشیِ نوش.
اصفهان! ای طنین عشق و صفا،

As I stand by the sea, a strange silence spreads in the air. Not one of those silences that is empty, One of those silences that seems to have gathered a thousand sentences within itself, But it doesn't want to say it, the waves come and go, And they bring shells with them, they take memories. The foam dances on the sand, Then they disappear... Just like people who were once, and are gone someday.🌱🌱🌱

من کنار دریا که می‌ایستم، یه جور سکوت عجیبی توی هوا پخش میشه.
نه از اون سکوت‌هایی که خالیه،
از اون سکوت‌هایی که انگار هزار تا جمله رو توی خودش جمع کرده،
ولی نمی‌خواد بگه،موج‌ها میان و میرن،
و با خودشون صدف میارن، خاطره می‌برن.
کف‌ها روی شن‌ها می‌رقصن،
بعد محو می‌شن… درست مثل آدم‌هایی که یه روزی بودن، یه روزی رفتن.🌱🌱🌱

Try to enjoy the little things in life, don't take anything for granted, live, travel, wear, eat, have fun, the easier you make life, the easier it will be. Try to think smartly rather than working hard. If you love someone or something, first try smartly and then work hard to get it. That's when you will get what you want. So don't take it for granted, buddy. Let it go. 🫵😉🌱

سعی کنید توی زندگی از کوچک ترین چیز ها لذت ببرید،چیزی رو سخت نگیرید،زندگی کنید،گردش کنید،بپوشید،بخورید،تفریح کرد،هرچه زندگی رو آسان تر بگیری آسان تر میشه سعی کنید هوشمندانه فکر کنید تا سخت کار کردن و اگر عاشق کسی یا چیزی هستید برای بدست آوردنش اول هوشمندانه تلاش کنید و بعد سخت کار کردن و آن موقع هست که شما اون چیزی رو که میخواهید بدست خواهید آورد پس سخت نگیر رفیق رها کن🫵😉🌱

زندگی گاهی وقتا شیرینه گاهی وقت ها تلخ 🌱✨
اما دلیل بر ادامه ندادن و متوقف شدن نیست🌼
استراحت بخشی از مسیره تا امروز همه ای ما مشکلاتی داشتیم و شلوغ بودیم و نتونستیم برای خودمان وقت بزاریم و (free time)اشته باشیم پیشنهاد من به شما اینه که منتظر کسی نباشید و سعی کنید اگر گاهی وقت ها دوستی هم نبود تنهایی سفر کنید تنهایی گردش را شروع کنید زندگی همیشه به خواسته های شما پیش نمی‌رود و اگر پیش بر طبق خواسته های شما پیش برود غیر عادی و غیر طبیعی هست زندگی بالا و پایین زیادی داره افرادی هستند که دوست نداری با آنها ملاقات کنی جاهایی هستند که دوست نداری بری اما دلیل هم نمیشه که آنها را تحمل کنی و مغزت رو درگیر کنی اگر برای شما هم اتفاق افتاد سعی کنید از محل جایی که اتفاق افتاده هست دور شوید و به یک جای دیگه بروید و نزارید حال شما را بد کند!
از امروز به خود بگویید هیچ چیز جز خدا نمی‌تواند جلوی من و رشدم رو بگیرد و بعد هم تاثیرش رو در زندگی خود ببینید
من زندگی را دوست دارم چون میتونم حس هایی رو در زندگی تجربه کنم که هرجایی نمیتونم تجربه کنم مثل (شادی،ناراختی،اضطراب،ترس،بی حوصلگی و...)قدر این حس هارو بدونید در بهشت و جهنم همچین چیزی وجود ندارد سعی کنید در این دنیا خوب باشید و خوب زندگی کنید!🌱✨

Life is sometimes sweet and sometimes bitter, but there is no reason not to continue and stop, and rest is part of the journey. Until today, we all had problems and were busy and could not take time for ourselves and free time. My suggestion to you is not to wait for anyone and try to travel alone if you don't have friends sometimes. Start traveling alone. Life does not always go according to your wishes, and if it goes according to your wishes, it is abnormal and unnatural. Life has many ups and downs, there are people. You don't like to meet them, there are places you don't like to go, but there is no reason to tolerate them and involve your brain. If it happens to you, try to move away from the place where it happened and go to another place.

امسال یاد گرفتم زندگی کنم
امسال با افراد زیادی کار کردم
امسال آسیب های شدیدی خوردم
امسال یک قدم از سال های دیگه جلو ترم
امسال آگاهی و خودآگاهی بالایی بدست آوردم
اما من هنوز زنده ام و به خودم افتخار میکنم امسال رشد خوبی داشتم چه در کسب و کار چه در ورزش چه در دانش به خودم افتخار میکنم که تونستم از این سال هم زنده در بیام و به این هم اعتماد دارم که سال دیگه میدرخشم و این آرزو رو هم برای تک تک شما دارم موفق و سربلند باشید.پیشاپیش۱۴۰۴تون مبارک امیدوارم سال پربرکت و زیبایی رو با دستان خودتان بسازید!🌱🌱🌱🌱
