This birthday felt different i.e. calmer, quieter and somehow fuller. After years of rushing through life, I finally slowed down this year and celebrated birthday in Goa, surrounded by sunsets, waves, and a kind of peace I’d been missing.
Maybe it’s the sea, maybe it’s growth, or maybe it’s just life teaching me to appreciate the little pauses.
I’ve learnt that not every chapter is loud, not every moment needs an explanation and not every journey is meant to be understood by everyone.
Some things are meant to be felt like gratitude, clarity, healing and soft joy.
This year reminded me to choose what feels right, keep what feels light and let go of what no longer fits.
Grateful for the people who stayed, the lessons that shaped me and the courage I found along the way.
Here’s to more depth, more peace, more laughter and more life.
Goa, you were the reminder my heart didn’t know it needed. ✨🌊
