Thanks Adam Black for sending me this memory. 13 years ago weighed in 199.9 for a 200lb catch weight for Strikeforce on Showtime Sports

Was able to secure a Guillotine at 2:00 mins 1st round. Thankfully Facebook reminds me I was once young. by @amitchelljiujitsu

Had 2 great matches Saturday at AGF Biloxi. Coached some of the Precision students and saw some great friends. Wanted to get one more competition in before I have shoulder surgery 12/6. I tore the Rotator Cuff in my left shoulder and it keeps getting worse, it’s now a full thickness tear and cortisone won’t help it. I’m so thankful Ed wanted to compete, the other opponent literally was there and watched us compete and just didn’t put his Gi on. Win or lose if I sign up I’ll always show up…… especially if I’m already there……. by @amitchelljiujitsu
