Wanted to do it sub 90 minutes (under 1:30)
Being a runner myself I think, I used my runs to cool down myself and control my heart rate a bit longer.

But did quite well at strength stations 💪🏻

Sub 90 is still pending.
I am fairing at No 4 in my age category, let’s see how it ends up after the event is finished.

My wifey dear proved to be the lucky charm this season who accompanied me to the race ❤️
Shaved off 10 minuted from my last year’s timings

Always grateful to the almighty for whatever I have today 🙏🏻 I had an accident/injury just above my forehead inside my hairline this Monday just 4 days before the race.. there was a big cut, which bled quite badly and put my participation itself in doubt.. by the grace of God it healed enough for me to able to participate today 🙏🏻 #gratitude 🙏🏻

A special mention to our super coach @vikrantrajput027 and team @bomisofitness for mentoring me to this success 🙏🏻🔥

Last update : uploaded my first shirtless picture on the Instagram 😍 got it clicked in the super excited state that I was in after the finish 😍❤️

A run I’ll always remember for the bravery, courage and sacrifices of our IAF and armed forces 🫡

The icing on the cake was that reaching the finish line in Kolkata stamped the completion of my PROCLAM SLAM with @tatamummarathon, @tcsw10k and @delhihalfmarathon finished this year already ❤️

Honoured to run where heroes inspire every mile 🇮🇳🔥

The Sekhon Indian Air Force Marathon 2026 will always be a special one ❤️

Grateful and honoured to be associated with this incredible event as one of its Ambassadors 😇

This run is in honour of Nirmal Jit Singh Sekhon, PVC, and the brave warriors of the Indian Air Force 🇮🇳🫡

To be a part of such a wonderful cause and run is truly a proud moment.

As far as my run goes - not the timing I was expecting. 😅 Clearly, I need to get the mileage back up. Too much focus has gone lately towards HYROX and the gym! 🏋️‍♂️🔥

But happy to have got a good long run in before the Vedanta Delhi Half Marathon, just two weeks away 🏃‍♂️

A brilliantly organised event by Cyruns, and the special attraction was watching our Air Force warriors skydiving and witnessing some incredible displays of Air Force heroics 🇮🇳✈️
