One of the best parts of this job is getting to know what matters to people. The grandma who absolutely needs to be included. The song your dad has been waiting all night to hear. The tiny detail you almost didn't tell us about. The thing you say once that we somehow remember six months later. That’s the stuff we hold onto, because planning isn't just knowing what is happening.. it’s knowing why it matters! Wedding math is a thing… and it’s not always as simple as the guest count. Here's why: 150 guests does not just mean 150 chairs - it affects tables, linens, place settings, bar quantities, staffing, and even how much room everyone needs to move. And that’s where experience comes in. You don’t need to know every calculation - we’re here to ask the questions, connect the dots, and make sure nothing gets missed. Because **150 on paper can look VERY different in a space.** Catering: @michaelshospitality Floral Design: @amkfloral Photographer: @senecaryanco Rentals: @brownbuiltrentals, @sherentsvintage, @alacartedecor + @upstatepartyrentals Venue + Bartending: @theridgerocks by @amkfloral

If you're deciding where to put the budget… start with how you want people to feel! Want them blown away by the design? Prioritize the details. Want them dancing all night? Invest in the experience. Want them talking about the food for weeks? Let's build around that! There’s no one-size-fits-all wedding budget. Spend where it matters most to you, and where you want your guests to walk away thinking, “That was SO them!” Catering + Bartending: @chefmoro Floral Design: @amkfloral Photographer + Videographer: @juliettezygpicturestudios Rentals: @morristents Table Linens: @lizschaircoverrentals Venue: @events_at_munro by @amkfloral

September weddings kick off this weekend but I’m still stuck inside K+JP’s dreamy wedding weekend✨ So many fun elements, so much color in all the right places, and so much attention to detail filled the weekend. Our calls were filled with bouncing all the ideas off of one another to create a crazy good guest experience, welcoming K+JPs guests to Upstate NY with style. From a full specialty cocktail menu across multiple bars (including an espresso martini only window) to our groom wowing the guests with a couple guitar solos - the wedding was nothing short of show stopping. We love The Quinns!💕 Huge shoutout to the vendor team who knocked it one of the park, as always! planner/design: @rdeventsny venue: @windridgeestate photographer: @katejeannephotoco florist: @amkfloral catering: @amalfi_catering_hospitality bar team: @michaelshospitality band: @silverarrowband round bar: @brownbuiltrentals dance floor: @syracuseloveevents rentals/custom pieces: @refinerentalsbyrd hair: @madeby.merzenet makeup: @beautybyalixoxo taken in Windridge Estate by @amkfloral
