Our new No Cover special highlights the 5th annual Battle of the Bands, presented by KCSU FM and RAMEvents. This staple live music event brought us sets from 4 fantastic CSU bands: Midriff, Kevin?, Any Means Necessary, and Boy Sorority. This bill ranged from rock & roll to indie and hardcore punk, all on the Lory Student Center’s Sutherland Gardens. We’re excited to bring you a taste of their performances. taken in Colorado State University by @amn.theband

On September 10, 2026 four CSU bands took to the stage in an epic rock and roll battle to secure righteous glory and also a spot in FoCoMX 2027.
This video documents those four bands in a battle to the finish.
Congratulations to all the bands who performed! It was such a fun afternoon of awesome music. 🤘🤘 taken in Colorado State University by @amn.theband
