People conduct themselves very differently in relationships, often people are debating whether or not the relationship is transactional or not, which is exhausting. The biggest issue I have found i relationships over time for Men dating women, is timeline, often men are on the process of vetting while women are positioning themselves to become a wife. Women dating men are most frequently dealing with what I like to call “STEALING THE EXCITEMENT” what this means is men often take a moment a woman is sharing with them and they make it about their vantage point for example Woman “I saw a beautiful butterfly today at the park, I haven’t seen a butterfly in so long” Man replied “I bet it wasn’t as beautiful as you” two things happen here, one you removed the opportunity to delve into here thoughts on a topic that she brought to you by centering it around your perspective and two you have created a generic response system that makes the woman question whether or not you’re saying this specifically to her or if you’re just using these responses on everyone, it becomes difficult to understand why they were chosen, which creates a pattern of deterioration. #amongstfriends #atlanta #community #connectivity #collaboration by @amongstfriendsaf

@cartel_watchme from South Florida Native and Atlanta Transplant, one of our favorite conversations ever had in life. He had just outperformed 25 Atlanta based artists with his energy level and catchy hooks. We sat down with him for a discussion and he shared with his new found focus. He was ready to put aside childish pursuits of sexual encounters to find real truth and passion! #amongstfriends #intentionaldiscussion #community #Atlanta #transplantsandnatives by @amongstfriendsaf

Building towards a clear goal, which is to establish community through conversation and connectivity and not gaging someone’s character solely through the scope of their affiliations. Sometimes, the whole picture makes for a clearer analysis of the subject at hand. Community is best established Amongst Friends! by @amongstfriendsaf
