The acupuncturist took a look at my tongue and said
I had too much JOY

And I asked, how do I fix that?
He just laughed. And said, well share it!

So here’s some recent sunshine soulshine of the Bali breeze and witnessing so much presence in magnificent beings steering the ship no matter the weather.

Welcoming the day in good health and richness of the friends who are becoming more like family and home on the path.

Swami Ganga in the flesh…84 years old and flying up and down the 165 steep steps of Kalinjar Fort…his presence light as air and love pure as water…thank you for your wisdom and passion for this life…hoping to spread your gift to our generation and beyond.

A gift of nature etched in sandstone.
The care to detail will satisfy even the most critical of perfectionist to a standstill. Time halts, you connect with the heart and mind of Gaudí and his love for nature and devotion to the divine. The language he speaks beyond space and time.

Planted myself on a bench with a blink—it’s been 3 hours. 🌈 ⛪️ La Sagrada Familia, a spiritual monument beyond the institution of religion, for the people by the people.

Mount Emei, the tallest of the four sacred Buddhist mountains in China.

The Bodhimanda of Samantabhadra Bodhisattva, where the Buddha-to-be was enlightened.

The first Buddhist temple in China was built on the mountain in the first century….
